I am very happy with my new water heater, it is very easy to install, it is electric so it is easy to connect. It stains a screen to control the water temperature and it is completely sealed which is very useful in case water falls on it there is no problem

Worked great for about 2 months of very low usage, then it just completely died. Checked the Electrical and water set up to make sure it was the unit and it was. There's so many different ones available so don't get this one because when it dies you won't be able to return it.

    • WARNING- REQUIRES ELECTRICIAN TO PLACE CIRCUIT BREAKER AT INSTALLATION SITE
This product looks and feels and seems excellent and of the highest quality EXCEPT, this is NOT A PLUG AND PLAY unit. The unit comes with NO plug. Rather it comes with three wires with ends designed to ft into a dedicated circuit breaker. NONE of the reviews mention this leading me to doubt their validity. And, with the exception of one wiring diagram, I was unable to find anywhere in the product details that this is a requirement. So, if you are an electrician or if you have an already installed circuit breaker close by (the cord is about 1' long) or you don't mind spending another $200 (or whatever) to hire an electrician, this might not be the unit for you. I hope this helps and I regret the misleading info. I really wanted to install this in minutes and love the hot water. Alas, back to the drawing board. ... show more
