tried to give zero stars. Product didn't work at all. No obvious breaks or defects, it just barely heated the water. like maybe 3 degrees... and, i had the flow on low (which is generally useless anyway), and that still didn't work, and i let it go for 10 minutes to see if it would heat up. nothing.

I installed this water heater per instructions and it barely got the water warm to the touch. It will NOT provide hot water. Lukewarm at best. I would NOT recommend that anyone should buy this piece of garbage. Any reputable company should be embarrassed to carry this unit!
