    • Keep looking, doesn't heat for more than a second or two
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this unit to replace a 2.5 gallon under sink water heater. After hooking up blue side on the supply and red to the faucet, turned it on and up to max temp. The unit would only bring the water temp 10 degrees and then it will drop. Followed the trouble shooting instructions and there is no help nor much that can be done if it's not working. Install was a bit tricky, but I got it in. I'm happy to have it, it does help heat up my water faster as my big water heater is far from my kitchen sink. Overall, it's a nice appliance to have in the house.

This item is very compact and will fit nicely under my wife's sink in the vanity. I did a bench test and it seems to work as advertised. Getting it to work where I want it has proved to be challenging. I'm having to run 75' of 10/2 with ground from a 2nd floor bathroom through a 1st floor wall, into a crawl space, and then up into a garage into the panel box where I have installed a 30 amp breaker. I order this water heater to warm my hand washing sink and it does not heat up at all. We only now installed it and it’s too late to return. Absolute garbage and waste of money. If it worked it would be perfect. Size and appearance is good.

Has to be hardwired! Installation is easy if you know what you're doing and the wiring is already there. Make sure the breaker and wiring is rated properly. It's not going to work for a whole house but I use it in my shop for a sink and a small shower. Heats up instantly and has a decent temperature control. Time will tell how it holds up, not getting constant use so it should last a while. It has a higher consumption while in use but since it's in a shop I didn't want the constant draw of a water heater tank being kept warm all the time or waiting for it to heat up. Price point is fair for what it is. If I were using it in a house or business I'd maybe go with something higher quality. ... show more

We only have a cold water source in our tiki bar in the basement, so I ordered this tankless water heater to plumb off the cold water and return the hot to the faucet. It takes very little time to heat up. I like that I can set a temp, and the water reaches temp quickly. The convenience in having hot water so that I can wash dirty dishes without having to lug them upstairs is great! I like that I didn't have to install a 220V outlet, and that this works right off of 110V! This would be great in a trailer, camper, or RV if the propane is out, but the electricity works. I love that it would give me that versatility. I'll have to order another for a backup in the camper! There are so many places at which to use this tankless water heater!
