The media could not be loaded. This outdoor double wide lounge chair is literally the only chair that fits on my balcony. I have a great sunset view which I can finally enjoy for a great price. The pillows and cushions are average compared to $1000 options. Personally I’ve used my own “headrest” pillows because the included are more “decorative” in my opinion. My balcony was only 69inches deep so the fact that the footrest/storage container can slide into the main part of the chair allows me to make the chair the exact size of the entire balcony. Definitely the best feature. Plus the backrest adjusts very easily. The assembly is actually very simple, only 30 screws which should take around an hour. Just remember to attach the back rest to one armrest before connecting the second armrest. The mini fold out tables come assembled. Unfortunately they aren’t super sturdy, fine for a notebook or plate but probably not glass drinks or wine glasses. The package arrived 3 days early, but only box one of two. I assumed that box one was just early but just messaged the company incase. They responded to my message and sent me a fedex tracking number for the second box which arrived literally the next day. Arrived packaged well in two boxes. Fairly easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and only tighten the screws 50% during assembly then go back and tighten fully after you get everything aligned. Frame and rattan is well made. Seat cushions could use a higher quality foam. Starting to lose shape after a few uses so we will likely replace the foam. Cushion covers well made and have a zipper. Seat cushions slide off any time you recline which we saw in the reviews. We attached a piece of wood to the frame using stainless steel screws, painted it to match the rattan and it works perfectly to keep the cushions in place. See second picture. We covered the 2 throw pillows that came with the loveseat with new pillow covers to give them pop of color. Size16X16 replacement covers work well. Pop up tables on either side work well and are very functional to hold drinks, phone, etc. Overall, very happy with this purchase for the price. Would recommend. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the modifications we had to make. ... show more

I was able to put this together by myself fairly easily. Just one part would have been easier with 2 people. Directions were clear and uncomplicated. It looks good. It’s sturdy, but rattan does not seem incredibly durable. It’s comfortable. I’ve already used it in multiple frame positions and it’s easy to adjust between them. Easy to assemble. The quality seems good so far. The cushions are a bit firm but comfortable. The drink fold-out goes a little beyond 90 degrees, but it holds a drink just fine. The hydraulics will probably last a long while. Overall I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

I put it together alone and it was not that difficult but the directions are not the best and so had to figure some things out. First, my parts #5 and #7 were swapped in the numbered bags but it was easy to see the small one was not going to fit. Second, the seat back has 2 metal parts that protrude to hinge into the side arms. Those were covered with plastic and no where did it say to remove the plastic covers. It didn’t fit with them on and so I figured that out. Third, no hooks are provided for the ottoman but I hooked them through the plastic weave (or whatever you call it lol). Are pictures. Overall, super cute and fairly easy to put together. Cushions are thick but I’m not sure if they will last the test of time. We shall see. It feels sturdy and I love the little pop out drink holders. ... show more

The sofa came super quick. Took less than the scheduled time to get delivered here. There are two parts of the sofa, it is super easy to assemble. The sides had to little stands that are sturdy enough to put a drink or a computer. The quality of this sofa is amazing, super soft and comfortable. This would be a good fit for you backyard if your looking for something that you can lay on and relax during the day or if you have friends over you can use the extra storage chair as well.     • I wouldn't use it outside
I needed a smallish "couch" type item that could be used to sleep on, and this does provide that. I am using it indoors. After sleeping on it for a couple of nights, it is not very comfortable to sleep on and the pillows don't stay in place underneath you. For me, I will add something like another long piece of foam or an air mattress on top for sleeping purposes. The wicker surfaces are very slick and the pillows slide right off, so I bought several items that are meant to help upholstery cushions to stay in place, thus adding work and expense to getting this product to a usable state. Putting it together was doable but there are no instructions, just drawings that are very small in size and it is hard to tell what you are supposed to be doing. I still haven't figured out how to make the back part work so it has different levels, just leaning it against the wall. It is painted over white plastic so if it scratches I can see it looking bad pretty quickly, and I'll bet where I live the sun and weather would do it in in one season. I am using it for my purpose, and so it is not a totally negative review. The little side shelves that pop up are a nice feature, and now while it is not scratched yet it looks decent where I have it. Honestly if you can spend more money, I'd get something more expensive but more solid. The price I paid ($400) feels a bit much for what it is, but then again it didn't cost $1000 so there you go. This kind of furniture is hard to buy on line because by the time you really get to see what you get, you're too deep into it to have a return be a very convenient option. ... show more
