    • Nightmare purchase: Missing pieces, missing holes for screws, misaligned pieces

This purchase has been a true nightmare. We were missing pieces, contacted the seller, they sent out the missing pieces however on one of the pieces, the holes don't line up to be able to put it together. And the other piece is too big to fit into the spot where it is supposed to go. It's so frustrating to have all of these huge pieces just sitting around, unable to be used because of shotty workmanship. I would not recommend purchasing this set. I have wasted valuable money on something that I cannot even use. Edit: seller is working with me although a long process. That says alot so I've updated the rating. Final edit: although they had to send out pieces multiple times, they worked with me every step of the way and I have finally been able to complete the set and I love it So my advice is if something is wrong, trust the manufacturer will work with you to make sure you're satisfied ... show more

    • Nice but small
Color: Navy Size: 7 Pieces
Review Image by Tarra Trawick
This set is very aesthetically pleasing but smaller than I expected. It’s very low to the ground and uncomfortable for someone who is a little on the taller side. My husband is 5’ 10” and his knees are bent uncomfortably high when he sits on it. Its also very light weight and easily moves when you sit down. ... show more

    • Good quality, very light weight
Color: Mix Grey & Black Size: 7 Pieces
Product is decent quality and comfortable. The furniture is very light. I will update in a few weeks after it has some time in the wind. Took about 2 hours to build and was relatively straight forward. The furniture is low to the ground so anyone over 5'10" may find it uncomfortable.

We use this a lot. Comfortable seating without taking up too much room. Love the higher table!

Comes in 4 packages, boxes arrived a bit worse for wear. The premade table was extremely warped and missing screws. The pillows don’t fit the seats well and there are gaps between them. Cushion thickness leaves plenty to be desired. Overall value for money is severely lacking. We are already looking for new patio furniture to replace this set as it likely won’t last through one storm. ... show more

    • We are very happy with this furniture!
Color: Red Size: 7 Pieces
My wife loves this furniture, it sets a little bit low but with the foot stools it’s not to bad! I assembled it in 2 1/2 hours and yes I used attachments on a battery powered drill! Cushions are comfortable to set on and it looks great! One thing to remember is follow the assembly instructions!

    • not too bad, but sits low and cushions are small.
Color: Turquoise Size: 7 Pieces
over all, the pieces were ok. it sat too low for us, and the cushions we're smaller than what we wanted. We ended up shipping it back. The return and customer service was good. The product came in 4 boxes. To ship it back, we had to do a FedEx shipment request. One of the boxes was pretty heavy. I feel like if we had kept it, the quality would have been just like most others we find at Lowes/Home Depot. ... show more

    • Lots of assembly required, a variable speed drill and hex bit is your friend

The quality of this product was about what I expected - not super high quality, but also pretty darn nice. Very good for the price. There were some issues with some of the items received, everything ships flat in several boxes, but the company stood behind their product and replaced the damaged or otherwise unusable parts. If you end up with damaged parts, be prepared for it to take some back and forth emails with photos of the parts in question, before you get this resolved. That said, overall customer service was good and I am very satisfied with the end result! I would recommend and buy this set again. Now that everything is assembled and outside on our deck, I'm very pleased with the furniture. It looks great, is fairly comfortable to sit on and the table is great for meals or doing work outside. ... show more
