I received it just the day before my son's birthday party in the end of the May. I couldn't believe it was so small when it folded, but it was so big when it opened. It almost enough to accommodate a large table with more than a dozen people. The sunshade effect was very good, and I could hardly feel the sun's stimulation when we under it. The party lasted for 5 hours that day, and with it, my family and friends were protected from the sun. I really appreciate it, and I think every family should have such an easy-to-fold and small size canopy in the summer. It is quite easy to open and fold for storage.

Update: The frame is still solid but the canopy top started to tear in October 2021, after only 5 month of use. We still did okay with it during the summer 2022 but the wind in December took it out, ripped it all the way across. Taking it down for the season was not an option. Debating whether or not to get a replacement top or just to take it down all together. Five stars for the frame, two and a half for the top. The gazebo came one week early, that was nice. I bought it for over my hot tub because it sits near some trees. I put it up by myself, I am a little old lady in my early 60's. I glanced at the instructions and went to work. Took about 45 minutes under the supervision of my dog Zoe. So, it is pretty easy to put up. The sandbags are included and they are really a plus because I can not use stakes on the cement. The weather in Georgia, one has to be prepared for anything. It is raining right now and I am sitting in my hot tub but the rain is not getting in. I am rally happy I picked this gazebo. I would recomment it to my family and friends. Good quality, good choice.....oh, and the legs can be adjusted to two heights.😁

I used at street. Velcro the cover on each corner, lift the legs to the height you want and your done. The sand bags work great. There is a loop on the bags and Velcro to beep them securely on the keg and each bag has 2 compartments for sand so it wraps around the leg . It was windy all day and did not have any problems it held up and barely moved in the wind. We checked the wind at the end of the day and it was 12 mph although that was when the wind started to pick up. Also there are 3 riveted holes in the top which would be helpful in the rain to let water drain. Definitely recommend this 8x8 canopy! one thing needs to watch that is connect nuts easy to soft and lost. if seller back up a few nuts that will be perfectly.

We really like the canopy. It serves the purpose. Easy to assemble. Needs 4 people for easy assemble, but with some hard work and figuring out 2 people can put it up too. It fits our deck just perfectly. Needs to be weighted down, otherwise flimsy. Thankfully the weighting down pockets are included. Just need to fill them up with rocks.

(1) One person CANNOT assemble this alone. (2) The frame seems solid enough UNTIL there is a bit of wind. Then: (3) Despite being properly staked and weighed down with sandbags, the whole thing got lifted right up and sailed into the neighbors yard. When I retrieved it, the frame was bent and/or broken in several places. Ruined. My neighbor wasn't too happy about the uninvited arrival of the thing. (4) I'd say more, but I don't have the item anymore after it blew away, broke and had to be deposited in the trash.
