My number one biggest complaint is it only shows to put it together a certain way where the door is on only one side. So I'm putting it together. If you want the entrance for your cat on a different side you have to figure out how to do it which can be easy. Can be difficult depending on how quick you are at figuring that kind of stuff out. If you have two people doing it it might confuse someone. But I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of all of the pieces I received. I actually expected the back side to be of like cardboard flimsy really just cheap quality and it is the same exact material as the rest of the enclosure and it's just wonderful. My cat took to it like a champ put her in it and she has been going in and out of it since just fine. Very well made. Very easy to put together, even if you're putting it the door on the other side. Once it's figured out it is super easy to put together. My only suggestion is that the company one printing the instructions have it to where the door is on the right side or the doors on the left side option right in the instructions. Takes the guesswork out of what goes where and it just speeds the process along, making it that much faster and easier to put together ... show more

Very sturdy piece of furniture to cover a litter box. Although any liquid spilled inside immediately causes the particle board to swell up. So not the greatest if your cat decides to mark his scent inside the walls the first night you have it together. And it’s very difficult to clean all the nooks, crannies, and corners after it’s been assembled. The smell soaks in and you end up cursing the money wasted. So for that reason I’d say it’s not worth the steep price tag. The instructions are a little confusing and there are certain steps that need to go in order that aren’t clearly explained, but you can probably figure it out after some trial and error. I certainly wish this came with some sort of waterproof coating inside or a tray fitted to cover the joints of the walls/floor. ... show more

I am happy with this purchase. There are no "non-traffic" places in my house it has an open floor plan. As I was bringing the kitties from their introduction room to the rest of the house, the most logical place for the litter at that time was a corner of the living room. Not where I wanted the litter to end up, but they are used to it in that corner now and I don't like having it out in the open when company comes over. This cabinet fits well with my decor and is large enough for a jumbo litter box. My kitties are 9 months old at the moment and a bit over 10 lbs. So they are almost full grown. It looks to me as if this litter loo will be big enough to accomodate them as they get older. They took to it right away. I only took 1 star off of the easy to assemble because you do need a screw driver to put it together and I had a hard time finding the right size. I don't have a LOT of tools around the house. I did make one mistake with the top and had to move the screws that attach the top to the cabinet. By the time I got to that point, my hand was tired and I didn't get it screwed flush. But you really can't tell unless you get down on the floor and look for it. The mistake was my bad -- the instructions were clear, I just got a bit turned around. I read some of the reviews and they said it only took an hour to put together -- It took me longer than that. But the piece is a good size, appears very sturdy, light enough for me to pick up and move. I have been cleaning daily and it is easy to open the doors reach in and clean. I do want to get more for the litter boxes in other rooms. ... show more

I bought this to help reduce the smell from my cats litter box and limit the mess she makes when she's done. Well it has done just that to the point I almost forget to clean it out as regularly cause I don't smell a thing and rarely step on litter anymore. A lot of my guests don't realize the cat box is even in there as it looks like a mini storage box instead of a litter box. It was a little tricky to assemble but I was also stubborn and did it kind of late at night by myself (as any crazy cat parent does). I don't think I would recommend sitting on it (although it has a pretty decent weight rating I don't want to test it). I usually put mail on top and have a little place for my cat to curl up if she so desires. Highly recommend! ... show more

Very nice design, cat liter box is easy to remove for cleaning. Fits a medium size liter box. Blends great w the furniture, have it in my living room of my condo and it looks like a little cabinet under the TV on the wall. No mess on the floor to clean after they leave the liter box. Has a little entry way that I put a little piece of carpet to catch the liter off of their paws. Really like the box and highly recommend, especially if you live in small quarters it is perfect ... show more

Bought this because I was tired of having my cats litter box in my kitchen area for everyone to see. Not to mention, I sweep every day to pick up the litter even though I have mats that (try to) catch the litter. Took me a lil over an hour to put together by myself only because the picture for piece A I got didn’t match the holes that were on the piece I had. But I figured it out eventually. Be careful when you screw in the long screws because you WILL crack the piece of wood you’re screwing it into. Only happened to me on the B pieces. Other than that, this is a decent piece of furniture for its purpose. You can put the entrance hole on either side, it doesn’t show you in the directions, but it’s easy to figure out if you look at it. The divider piece is optional but I figured I needed more space to fit my cats stuff under there, so I took it out. You can definitely put a regular hooded litter box under there if you wanted (mine is a jumbo size). I kept it so I don’t have to constantly wipe the inside walls of this furniture because my cat likes to wipe his paws on the side when he’s done. Not too heavy either. My cat was already wanting to get in it as I was building it so I’m sure he’ll wind up loving it. ... show more
