As you can see, my husband is still building the rest of the background on the fireplace, but it fit nicely and was very easy to build it into the space. It changes to 12 different colors between the flames and the color beneath the fireplace stones. It also has a high and low setting for the heat. We have it a few feet from the couch and had to turn it from high to low because we were too warm. So it does a very nice job heating up our living room!

We love our new fireplace! It provides ample heat to our living room and kitchen and is super easy to turn on and off, as well as switch the color depending on your mood :) We had an old gas fireplace that was not usable, and after getting a quote for $5K to replace it, we decided to just seal it and cover it up with an electric fireplace insert. Total project cost was $500 and took me an entire weekend to complete. This fit the space perfectly and really upgrades and modernizes the look of the room as well provides a good amount of heat. It’s basically a large space heater, and it’s quite to run. Mounting it took some creativity but I was able to figure out a solution. We’ve been using it for the last few months and so far it’s been awesome! Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd unit. Upstairs Bedroom use. Heater works well ... and the many variations of flame colors, speed, intensity, etc. are pretty 'cool'. Recessed within the wall ... the unit really looks nice, Very easy to remove the front glass [prior to installation] and didn't take long to Fabricate a perimeter 2X4 frame which is inset within the wall studs, A beginner could install this unit ... it is that easy. Took me over an hour to measure, cut drywall, make frame, mount it, then insert Fireplace. A receptacle is nearby ,,, so Power Hook-up took another 15-minutes to run a dedicated outlet [box] for the plug. I highly recommend this nice Fireplace. Arrived in a sturdy box with adequate styrofoam packing - no damage.

Fairly simple installation. I some trouble finding the screw to unattach the front glass panel. I just didn't look thorough enough as the screw is marked with a sticker. I was shorted the glass beads and thus I contacted their customer support through Amazon. They had the missing items shipped the next day. Great support, but it's too bad that they weren't in the box from the start. Pleased with the display and the heater.

Easy to install once your frame is up. Only tricky part has been lifting the glass window just right so that it can swing out and open up when needed. You can make the fire height taller or shorter, the flames faster or slower, and can change the colors of both the flames and “coals” for some awesome combinations. The heater works just fine with two settings. Don’t expect it to heat an entire room quickly, but it is nice to stand in front of and will eventually bring a chilly room to a more comfortable temperature. Very pleased with this purchase. The only thing that would make this a home run product would be an add in to have the product make fire noises, crackling/popping.

My wife has been asking for a fireplace for our room for a couple of months, so I wound up looking at a ton of reviews and decided to go forward and roll the dice with this unit. Absolutely love it! Easy to install, directions are ok, and it looks great. The dimensions for the install were spot on so building the wall unit was a snap. Overall expense for the unit and the build out was roughly $500 all in. Highly recommend this fireplace

I chose to install this fireplace inside the wall. With the button to release the front glass being a lil far back I had to remove the entire fireplace out to remove the glass to get inside to clean behind the glass. Other than that one problem everything else has been good so far. It was fairly easy to install if you pay attention to directions. The heat output seems okay, I only used it once so far. The flame looks really nice.

Now we have a fireplace we can use at any time without the smoke, soot or the mess! The unit is a very high-quality and was very easy to install.
