I am very happy with this patio set. The chairs seem sturdy and the colors are more beautiful in person. One piece of advise: follow the instructions and do not fully tighten the screws until everything is assembled. Leaving them slightly loose makes it much easier to line up all the holes. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to completely tighten every screw with the included Allen wrench, so assembly requires some patience. This was easier to put together than IKEA furniture and some of the easiest assembly I’ve done. And I HATE puting things together. Assembly time: 45 minutes using a drill and driver bit rather than using the wrench that came with it. Been there done that and hand cranking is for people who like to suffer. You get what you pay for with this. It’s cheap, it’s cheaply made and it does the job when you don’t want to spend a ton of money. These are solid chairs and the cushions are adequate. I’m 200 pounds and get no creak or wobble in the chairs, and they’re comfy with higher arm rests. The table is slightly off balance but it’s all good. I’d buy another set for sure. After assembling the first chair, you won't need to review instructions for the second one. Using a power tool will definitely expedite the process tremendously. Cons: - Arrived 8 days after promised delivery date and zero tracking updates until the day it arrived. - Definitely recommend assembling with 2 people - Table was a nightmare to put together and after all the aggravation, the glass top doesn't even fit correctly - Had to glue one of the legs on to the table because the hole wasn't large enough for the screw to enter & hold. - Missing several washer pieces - Directions were difficult to read (images only) Pros: - Customer service was great to deal with - Items are exactly as advertised once you get them together - Chairs are comfortable and well-made. The two chairs and side table just arrived from Amazon a few days ago and I assembled everything over the weekend. My main worry was whether or not they'd actually be comfortable as some of the reviews suggested. To my happy surprise, the chairs ARE comfortable! The assembly process isn't terrible...you'll get to one step in the assembly process where it looks like two screws won't be able to reach, but you just have to forcefully squeeze two parts of the chair together so the screws will reach (and they will although I was momentarily on the edge of being frustrated). Other than that, the assembly wasn't bad at all...probably took me a solid 30 minutes for the first chair and then the second chair was much faster. The angle of the back of the chair is just right for comfortable seating and the back pillow is nice and full. The bottom cushion seems a little on the thin side, but it doesn't impact the comfort. For $139...this set is a good deal. The instruction manual is easy to follow, one person can definitely assemble everything alone, all of the parts are clearly labeled with stickers so you know which part goes with what, and the chairs are light enough that you can move them around without needing any help. ... show more
