I did my research and knew I wanted polywood material after my wooden patio furnitures rotted and my wicker swing chair fell apart after a couple of years unable to endure the California sunshine. Other similar swing chairs of the same material cost twice as much. I was pleasantly surprised that delivery was so quick and assembly was as easy as described with all the parts required. Having an extra wrench helped with the assembly but it was pretty much 8 screws and you’re done in less than 30 min! I am amazed by the structure of the swing chair, the material is very dense, so beware of the weight. It has the look of real wood but the smoothness of plastic so no splinters. Since the material is white itself, no worries of the coating to ever come off. A heavy duty set of chains came with It but I already had mine from my previous swing chair I was replacing which I bought from a hardware store. Also, it was very well packaged, no damage during delivery and instruction manual was clear & concise. I love my new patio swing chair and will enjoy using it for many years. I do highly recommend this product. My only suggestion for the company is to include an extra cup holder on both sides, one is a bonus but having two would be even better! ... show more

Easy to assemble. Took me 28 minutes. Very comfortable. Nice and Sturdy. I have nothing bad to say at all and I tried to find something wrong. Great Product.

Comfortable. Sturdy. We had to reach out to the company because after just 6 weeks the finish was coming off. Company responded quickly to correct this so I believe ours was the exception. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. Came broken and with wrong hardware. Parts are separating already. Customer service? What’s that lol. Haven’t gotten returned email and amazon puts you on an endless loop for damaged products. They put you into chat with company then company says it’s amazons issue.

We have only had this swing for about three months and have enjoyed it, but the finish is definitely NOT suitable for areas where it will get wet. Probably best suited for use on a covered porch. Also, some of the wood is starting to split, and some of the components had splits and misdrilled hole “fixed” with wood putty. Wouldn’t buy it again. ... show more

I was so surprised when it came. It was really easy to installed. And we decided to put it in our yard. The quality is pretty strong and we tested it with three adults, it definitely worked stably. My kids can’t wait for their swing chair arrives. ;)
