Good image quality
Very good quality for its price, the rings are definitely too smooth for my liking compared to the Nikkor Z stiffer rings.

Excellent Alternative to the Nikon Z 70-200mm
Excellent glass. While native glass is better, the image quality of this Tamron holds its own. Lighter, and money well-spent.

Great lens
I use this with my Nikon Z6III. This is an amazing, light lens. I use it when my 70-200 is a little too big and heavy for the situation. The quality is amazing. It's not quite as good as the Nikon 70-200 S II but the pictures are nice and sharp. It's light enough to use as a general walkaround lens, but high enough quality to use for sports too. ... show more

This lens is amazing! I've had for about a month now, used it for some professional work and fun. It focuses super fast with my Nikon Z5ii, the depth of field at f/2.8 is nice and buttery. The programable button is a nice touch as well. I set it to be another auto focus button.

Quality lens and excellent value
Glad I decided to buy this lens. The pictures are sharp and focus tracking is very quick. Tamron works well with my Z series mirrorless camera. Between quick delivery and quality optics, would strongly recommend.
