    • A light bright light!
This is a very lightweight, bright, and energy efficient lighting fixture. I set it on the middle temperature setting which gives a very nice daylight effect. The lighting through the lens is smooth and even. I installed it in a room which did not have an overhead light in the past and it works beautifully. It is bright enough to light the entire room very well. Installation was a total breeze. It is so lightweight that it could be supported simply by the electrical wires (not that you would want to do that). It took literally all of 5 minutes to install. LEDs are obviously energy efficient, but the added benefit is that there are no bulbs to change. This should last for many many years. without being touched. As far as aesthetics, it is the type of fixture that should blend in well with any decor because of how thin and unobtrusive it is. You can walk into the room and not even notice it. In fact, I have not told the family I installed it and I am waiting to see how long it takes anyone to actually notice it is there. It is so impressive that I may need to start replacing other incandescent fixtures all over the house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ... show more

We’ve used these to replace the flush Mount lighting in two bedrooms and a hall. They are so bright and when compared to the big box hardware stores the value cannot be beat. Easy to install for my husband but he is also one of those types who can fix/do just about anything.
