I like that it is small - although buttons could be better designed so the settings don’t keep changing by inadvertently having your hand on the buttons. It’s definitely quieter than a traditional blow dryer, which was my main concern. Time to dry is not that much better, still takes 6-8 minutes. Hair has a bit of a dry texture when done but brushing through seems to resolve with no long term dryness.

Needed one for a second house rather than taking one back and forth. So I wanted a less expensive one than my Dyson. Really surprised how great this blow dryer was. Wasn’t expecting much but it’s lighter than my Dyson and just as efficient. I really like the settings and the ease of changing the temperature control. Hopefully it lasts.

I have really been pleased with the quality and performance of this hairdryer, so I was disappointed when it suddenly stopped working. I went online and looked up troubleshooting tips for the blowdryer, hoping I could get it to work again. A Chat bubble popped up, and I began a conversation with Cleo. I tried all the troubleshooting tips she suggested, and nothing worked. She sent me an email link to send a video and my Amazon order number to customer service, along with a description of the problem I was having. I sent the email and within a couple of hours I had a response. The customer service team asked for a little more information, and a couple of hours later I received another email telling me my blowdryer was under warranty and they were replacing it. They confirmed my address, and have already ordered a replacement blowdryer. I am extremely pleased with the company’s friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. I highly recommend the product and the company! Thank you!

I got this hair dryer because it said it was quiet and has lots of temperature settings. I got it to use on my medium sized hairy American Eskimo mix doggy as she tries to bite scary hair dryers and my old hair dryer wasn't working well for the doggy. When this hair dryer arrived I tried it out on me, and I LOVE it! It is quiet, powerful like a jet, and has many temperature controls. I ended up donating my old noisy hot hair dryer and will use this hair dryer all of the time. I will also be able to use it on my doggy but haven't tried it on the dog yet as I've been keeping it for myself so far. Will end up tossing all other hair dryers in the house, and will purchase more of this one to replace them all.
