I am sooo very happy with this chandelier! It came well packaged, and the instructions aren’t great but it did the job. Though it is not crystal, the plastic looks just as good. It’s not too heavy to hold when installing it into the ceiling. We did have some trouble with the wiring. The chandelier comes prewired, but it has a little plastic box at the end of the wires that you can feed the house wires into… I guess to make it easier, but it didn’t. We ended up stripping the wires and then cutting them to the length I wanted the chandelier to hang down. It actually made the installation process a lot easier once we removed the box. When looking at the final product, I couldn’t be happier. Paired with a warmer bulb, this chandelier gives my bedroom that elegant cozy feeling that I was looking for, without breaking the bank. ... show more

I am not thrilled that this chandelier is mostly plastic for starters. The good thing is, it is rather light weight. It is a bit aggravating trying to make any sense of the instructions as far as the photo goes to show how to hang the plastic crystals. You don't have to sting up every single one. That is mostly done for you, However, you just have to connect the short strand with the longer strand and then attach to the chandelier. I just did not see the justification of buying the other brand 2-3 x's the price of this one. that actually made from real glass and metal components. They look identical though other than the materials. {The arms on this one is metal} It does seem as though the center section of the chandelier could be glass on these, IDK. for sure? I felt this would be the way to go ,I did have to get 2, my daughter's room is huge and has 2 separate light fictures up. I also have grandchildren that can and will show out { playing} these chandeliers are far less likely to "accidently get broken" and if it did somehow... none of the 6 will know who did it or how it got broken. :-/ So with that in consideration, I would be able to replace it without breaking the bank so to speak. You will definitely need two people to hang this up. Make sure your all thread lamp pipes are long enough prior to actually connecting'tightening the screws on the wire box, Especially if you are putting ceiling medallions up with the chandelier. You will need your all thread lamp pipes to be atleast 4 inches. ... show more

Since I already had it put together, I just ordered a second one and planned to just take the large teardrop out of it and then just return the one that was not put together but it didn't come with it either. This light is very cute and perfect for a small bedroom or bathroom. The directions were not very clear. Thank goodness for my son. He was able to assemble with no problem. Didn't use the extra crystals. Doesn't come with light bulbs.

Beautiful chandelier. This was the final touch on my daughter’s nursery and perfect size. The instructions weren’t as clear as I hoped and my husband had a bit of trouble wiring it into the ceiling. Overall, I am thrilled with the final outcome.
