I really like these shorts. If you’re between sizes buy the larger one, I’m glad I did. With full stretch they fit like you’d expect, if you’re expecting to fit the smaller size and they’ll stretch to fit you, don’t make that mistake. They do not have a belt as pictured. The pockets are weird as they open pretty vertically but that’s great for things not falling out. They are a bit “swishy” so more of a hiking short, not business casual or even golf shorts. They are comfortable and I really like them, nice zipper, overall good quality. I usually wear a 34 and bought a 36 and I’m glad I did because they stretch to a 36, bit 36 + stretch. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good pair of work shorts. The problem I was facing was that I needed them to perform a specific way. Ideally, they should be on the thinner side, able to handle moisture and sweat, and also allow me to be flexible. Since I’m 6’4”, these shorts sit right at my knee, making them a perfect fit. I bought these in 3 different colors - blue, grey, and light khaki. The light khaki is fairly transparent and others will definitely see what color undies you are wearing. Going commando will prob get you a jail sentence. One other minor item - everyone is different so this may not bug you. If I buy shorts with a stretch waist, I don't want the shorts to be at full stretch to fit properly. That is, I ordered a 36, which I wear in all of my other pants, and these shorts were fully stretched at the waist. The fit at the hip was a little snug too.
