I got this set because my gsd pup kept chewing off other collars and harnesses. Well...she has not been able to chew this one off...but she easily slips out of it while training if she gets scared. She is almost 8 mo oldand around 40 lbs. It's a good durable collar...but I can't seem to adjust it to fit her properly. I'm hoping it will fit her better as she grows more. I love this collar. I have Boxer and Pit Bull mix that is my 3rd child in our family. He is 8 years old but with the wits and energy of a 2 year old. For the past year, he has been doing a trick he learned to lay down, completely straightened his whole body and slide of our his harness. Then while holding the collar of his harness, he would move his shoulders and slide out when you pulled on it. This new collar has changed all of that.
