The media could not be loaded. I was unsure of how the Tactacam System would do as my lease does not get good cell reception. At first was frustration because they would send pictures and then wouldn't. Customer Service was spot on, explained that my SD card was way over the recommended GB. So I purchased the Tactacam SD cards. One camera worked great, but the other one still had issues. I took out the SD and just let the camera's internal memory work. Works like a charm. I love the fact that you can get videos sent to your phone. One camera is running off of solar and the other is running on AA. The battery life has been superb!! ... show more

I don't do alot of reviews mostly because when I do, the product usually quits working, breaks etc. I have to say. This is a great camera. I purchased 4 different cameras with "Live View " won't mention the names. All of them had great live view but wouldn't take pictures or videos. Every once in a while it through you a bone. With this camera you get pictures sent to your phone minutes after the camera takes them. Good quality pictures. You don't need live view. This camera from the time I bought it took over 900 pictures. From November until December 9th. Doesn't keep taking the same pictures. I have alot of does on my property. Very happy. Battery life is fantastic, yes it takes 12 batteries but even after taking all those pictures I still had 43% left before I pulled my camera. Customer Service was great. Had me on hold for awhile but I was able to talk with a person who spoke English and was extremely helpful with a few questions I asked. Got back with me to check if everything was OK.
