I do not often write negative reviews and not even using this product I am reluctant to do so That being said my reason for not using the product is the Subscription process. Your subscription automatically renews. The big catch is when you call the number provided you are put on hold and nobody answers. It’s a shame because it may be a great product but I’m not getting locked into something I can’t easily get out of. So beware. A follow up , being honest and fair. I reached out to the company about my concern via email. I did get a response and there is a method to cancel. Basically, go to the account settings and with some searching you can find the cancellation process there. I’ve not used the cancel process yet but I’m trusting at this point it works. My apologies to the company. All of that said I’ve used the product and it gets great connection even where there is poor cell service. ( one to two bars). I think it’s like any new product it will take a little time to figure out all the features but so far it’s been a good camera. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These cameras work great. I recommend not even Messing with AA batteries and getting yourself the rechargeable ones. Maybe consider getting the solar panel plug-ins as well. My only complaint about these is the cost of the yearly subscriptions and then having to pay additional for higher quality photos and videos. It’s like they’re nickel and dime you for all of it but overall, I am satisfied with the product and having the ability to receive trail cam photos from my phone 24/7.
