Super easy to set up and use. Pictures sent to your phone are not HD which makes it blurry when u zoom in for detail. HD pictures are available but cost extra. Overall it gets the job done and I would recommend to anyone trying to limit the back and forth trips pulling cards.

Who doesn’t love the idea of an outside cell camera ready to capture whoever or whatever might come by. Great concept. Now, achieving execution at a reasonable price and good customer service- good luck - regardless of brand. I’ve had just about every camera in this game. Just started with Reveal. So far, forget talking to a person in customer service. Don’t see that improving. The camera takes clear pictures but don’t waste your $ on batteries. Get the solar panel with included battery pack ($59) - same price at Ace or Walmart. I’m hopeful for 2-3 years of use. So far, I’d recommend this brand (which I wouldn’t say for most, if not all, the others that I’ve used). In the end, I’m looking for a brand that lets you have multiple cell cameras for about $20 a month with unlimited photos. Now, that’s a keeper. ... show more

    • When you have a problem
My 5th camera would not turn on after a battery change. It was two months old. Tactacam after 3 requests sent me their address when I had asked for a prepaid shipping label. I had to foot the shipping myself, it was out of service a total of one month by the time it was returned without explanation, no refund for the monitoring either. At one point the customer service girl told me she'd send me reset procedures using a paperclip. She never bothered to send it, customer service is terrible. ... show more

Rip off!! Save your money, they work for about a month and when you need support you will not get a soul. This is typical Chinese garbage that won’t work long. Mine all broke down. They are garbage.
