I am not please with this product, it's to small and the advisement was miss leading, now I have a deep freeze that I can't return because amazon will not take back because they brought from another company and I have to pay 400.00 to send back to the company they purchased it from.

The media could not be loaded. My wife retired and moved from Long Island, NY to Chesapeake, VA as we had fell in love with the area while taking vacations here over the years. When we purchased the condo we now live in, we had to purchase a new refrigerator/ freezer. We found that the bottom pull out draw for said freezer had limited space. And because we had just purchased furnishings, we couldn’t afford an expensive freezer chest as name brands can run upwards to $1000+ And being that it’s only my wife and I, we found this freezer on Amazon. It’s a tad larger then other similar freezers and came highly recommended. We absolutely love this freezer. We have it in our garage. It is relatively quiet and keeps its temperature at 0 degrees. I only have it four stars because it’s not a name brand I recognize and felt it only appropriate that I purchase the extended warranty plan for it. It does come in either black or white. Since color isn’t important, the white is what we got. There is a small dent, that my wife accidentally caused but it is superficial and doesn’t effect the freezers functionality in any way.

After 3 weeks of use its keeping the food cold. Only complaint is it looks like crap. It looks like they shrink wrapped the whole fridge then put all the edgings and covers and control panels over the shrink wrap??? It took us almost 2 hours of pulling that plastic off the fridge and still looks like crap. There were also warning labels printed on the shrink wrap. On the shrink wrap its self printed on it was the words remove before use. So all the warning labels are gone . The fridge came with multiple dings and dents on the outside of the fridge though there was no damage to the box when it arrived must have happened before it was boxed. If you care what your fridge looks like id pass on this one . If keeping the things cold is all you want and don't care about appearances then as long as it doesn't catch fire in the next year id say 3.5 stars.
