The freezer I received is much smaller than advertised. The listing claims 10 cubic feet, but its actual dimensions are approximately 26.9" long × 23.2" wide × 36.8" high—closer to 5 cubic feet. This creates a significant difference in storage capacity compared to what the product description suggests. Returning the unit requires paying for shipping yourself. While the freezer functions properly, the discrepancy between the advertised and actual size makes it important to verify measurements carefully before purchase.

I love this! No dents, great quality for price, surprisingly good temp control, and setup is SUPER simple - literally just plug it in, maintains freeze wonderfully! My only complaint is that 12 cubic feet isn't as much as you might think - it struggles to hold even 2 petite bodies (and you have to "disassemble" them :(... ). Still, outside of that, it's great!

The plastic film is tucked under every seam of this freezer. Can't get it all out and looks horrible. Also a couple of slight dents, probably from shipping. Except one scratch on the inside. Works well though
