I absolutely love my water fountain! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there looks to have a crack alongside the top of the bottom piece which looks like it was glued together. I believe I received a “used” package because it was not in an original packaging box? Other than that it makes a beautiful relaxing waterfall sound. The instructions were very basic, in my opinion dealing with electronics AND water they really should have safe and proper details. One tip, do not fill the water up too much! Add a little at a time and keep testing it till you get the best waterfall sound effect you like =) ... show more

    • Paid a little more, but worth it
I looked off and on for over a week, reading a bunch of reviews of fountains that cost less, in which it seemed the biggest complaint was that the pump was so loud you couldn't hear the water. Providing mine isn't just an anomoly...the pump is so quiet that i can barely tell it's on and i actually hear the water. The only small complaint maybe that i wish it was setup in a way to make the water even louder, but then it would probably splash all over my table anyway. Well worth the little extra to have a waterfall you can actually hear. ... show more

Assembly was simple however the pump is cantankerous and I found myself taking it out and giving it a shake or two to stop the loud noise that it makes. I hear the pump more than water so I am looking for something else since I stopped using it . However I will add that it is very pretty

The media could not be loaded. Love the zen feel of this little table fountain, but it wasn’t very zen when I got it. It worked for a little while, then the hose came out when I was cleaning it and it was a pain to get it back up through the top. Once that happened, the water wouldn’t get pumped to the top activating said fountain feature. I realized it was because there were some cracks and holes in the figure piece that the water was leaking out instead. Determined to not send this back, I proceeded to plug up the holes and cracks with first super glue, then black puff paint. After that, the fountain worked fine again. Maybe I just had a defective one, but I still managed to get it to work and it’s been good for the last 6 months running constantly. Still love the thing. The water will evaporate every week or so. I just add more and so on. It’s also not very noisy which I like. ... show more

THIS THING STOPPED WORKING THE SECOND DAY! yes its beautiful but the pump that comes with it sucks! It has a hard time pumping the water through it, I had to reassemble 4 times and the darn thing is still not working. All I did was get water all over the place! If you do get one with a pump that actually works, be sure to shut it off before you leave your home because I don't feel comfortable letting it run while your out. The pump and power cord is made to be in the base with the water and that's pretty scary with this broken thing! ... show more

Me and my wife bought this as a gift for her sister and the water pump broke in less than 1 month. She told us she tried all the steps on the manual (Spanish) to get it fixed, but she couldn’t. Thanks god that it was before the 30 days period for returns and we will get a refund (after 7 business days). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I only gave 4 stars because no instructions were included. Its pretty. Mine isn't in its permanent place (goimg to my office) so the video may not be the greatest but it's not too loud and very soothing.
