I purchased the first one in May 2020 product looks great, works great but battery takes forever to charge! after two weeks It literally DIED battery will no longer charge.. sent product back as faulty as it was less than two weeks and I got a new one right away. Second one I held without using for a few weeks (birthday gift for my daughter) I gave it to her July 13th tablet DIED literally 10 days later. Two day before stopped working it would be at 30% and said 15 HOURS to fully charge when connected to a power outlet.. The battery in this tablet is definitely not made to be use with the voltage we have in the US or the product comes with the wrong power adapter... in any case DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT WORTH THE $40-50 SAVINGS COMPARED TO A NAME BRAND ONE! ... show more

Bought this for my son, the tablet itself is good quality (not cheap plastic). It is very slow eventhou not many apps are installed. The battery doesnt last, charged at 100% last max 3 hrs. It runs out even if not in use. Also, it turns off my itself when not in use. I've tried to fix it but it doesnt have much of an option. ... show more

I purchased the original Zonko to replace my Nook – yes, a Barnes and Noble Nook that must be at least 12 years old. It still worked well, but the battery life was becoming short. The original Zonko booted well but would not recognize my blue tooth JBL earbuds – odd since I use these earbuds on my smartphone with no issue. I called Amazon tech support (they are terrific), and we went through the obvious steps but were unable to get the tablet to even identify the earbuds as being available. Amazon replaced the tablet with another one that did identify and paired with these earbuds, and we were "off to the races," so to speak. Since the tablet's primary use was video streaming from Netflix and Amazon, I immediately used it. First, the display would flicker and change brightness - very annoying. Worse, when loading Netflix, the tablet encountered difficulty connecting to Netflix, and when it did, playback was choppy and would continuously stall. Assuming Netflix was having difficulty, I used my office computer to connect, and the playback was flawless. In conclusion, these tablets are junk and do not waste your money – the build quality is horrible. ... show more

This was the first Tablet I’ve purchased and it was a huge disappointment especially after dealing with months of my laptop not working properly and then crashing for good. If it wasn’t such a hassle to wipe clean all my personal information and start over with a new Tablet reloading all the apps and setting up my passwords etc....I would 100% return this Tablet. The touch screen is horrible and barely works. The headphones connection takes several times of plugging it in and out to get the headphones to connect. The screen quality is fuzzy and goes light and dark the entire time you are watching a video. It’s almost impossible to stream a show, it freezes every few minutes and you have to hit the back replay button to get it going again. It is the most frustrating thing to have technology not working properly especially one that is brand new out of the box. I hate this Tablet and don’t wish it on anyone! ... show more

Loved the vivid color on the widescreen. Excellent buy for the price. The battery lasted 4 days before needing to recharge. However, I do not play video games. I had no problems adding additional apps from the play store. Once my wifi password had been added I put my phone next to the tablet, went to bed, when I woke the next morning my tablet had been completely set up with all apps and contacts that were on my android cell phone. So, the touchscreen doesn't respond as quickly as I'd like...you can tell that there's a bit of a delay. There are some customizations that are missing that I'd like to see, such as home screen customizations and settings. The tablet seems pretty sturdy overall. You will probably want an SD card with this tablet because the internal storage isn't very much. The camera is passable, but not spectacular. However, this is a $100 tablet, so there are bound to be some things that don't quite live up to what I'm used to on a more expensive Galaxy phone. This would be a very good buy for a child or someone who just wants one for certain times, though I wouldn't really recommend it for adults who plan to use it a lot. ... show more

Besides being incredibly slow, this device is flawed. It is incapable of running many modern apps, including Netflix. There doesn't appear to be a GPS chip installed, or if there is, it doesn't work. This kills functionality for HUNDREDS of apps that require your location to operate properly. The screen scratches terribly with normal use. Android Pie (9) is awful. Hard to tell if it's deliberately hobbled or if Pie just has limited functionality, but I found it frustrating to troubleshoot application issues. Bottom line is: This tablet isn't good for media. It isn't good for navigation. It isn't good for anything requiring location awareness. It isn't good for anything other than the most delicate use. Save your money. ... show more
