First, know that this is NOT a tablet that works like a phone and needs a SIM card. It IS a tablet that DOES connect via WiFi to either the older 2.4ghz or newer faster 5ghz of your network. For those looking for a summary.... Overall quality, build, performance and value are all right up there. For those looking for the downside... There are no instructions for the use of the included wireless keyboard (that is rechargeable by using a USB charger and you connect to the tablet's blue tooth), the wireless mouse (that takes a battery and you connect to the tablet using the included dongle that you plug into the usb-c adapter that is then plugged into the tablet) or stylus. These are all great accessories BUT with one drawback. While you are using them, you csnt connect any other Bluetooth device such as earphones and your tablet cannot charge when using the mouse. The last issue can be resolved by buying a USB c hub that allows charging while using the devices. The cover/stand is basic and kind of neat how it folds to become a stand - though I would use a little caution with it. Check back for updates as they become available.

If you do not want to pay a premium price for a name brand tablet, then this is for you. I just needed something simple to browse the Internet, and do simple things. I have my main computer in my office, but I was finding myself living there, tethered to my computer. This tablet added some mobility to my home. It comes with the advertised accessories, and thus far has not disappointed me. The only negative thing that I have is that it occasionally will drop my WiFi connection. I have a top tier WiFi system, and this is the only electronic device in my home that occasionally drops the signal. I will purchase a WiFi extender to remedy this issue. For the price, you can buy 6 of these in place of a single name brand product. I did have a small issue with my order, but the great customer service was quick to remedy the situation. Naturally the build quality is not that of a brand name, but if you take care of it, there should be no issue. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something simple to perform basic tasks. I have not experienced any lag or performance issues. Who can complain for a price just over $100...

This has been the worst experience I've had on Amazon - the tablet I received was terrible - the Bluetooth system did not work, so I couldn't connect the keyboard, or share thru Bluetooth and use the other functions it offers. The keyboard would stick and followed along terribly slowly just to name a few issues. From the beginning the Zonko store ppl were asking me to change my review . I agreed that perhaps I received a ' buggy ' tablet. I returned it several weeks ago, along with another item that I was refunded for a full week ago! I received another email from Zonko earlier today, asking me to again change the review. Telling me something about Amazon not charging them for my refund - I spoke with Amazon, and sent a photo of my return receipt. Then I get another email from Zonko, now that I've changed my review from1 star to 4 ,citing customer service and a ' buggy' tablet- and now they've changed their time to how they can't possibly send my refund, because that's all handled thru Amazon. WHAT? First, I didn't ask for a personal check, I was waiting for Amazon - so why keep emailing me to change my review ( they even promised me extra refund credit) them once I do it they email me after 10 pm to tell me they can't be bothered to refund my money? Would $135 break them? I've never been treated like this by Amazon or any seller. I recommend running as far from Zonko as you can

Overall, very pleased with tablet and accessories, but it's only been one day. Two things could use improvement. Yesterday before delivery, I got an email message from Zonko that had the subject line as "Unxpected problem with completing your order." A more appropriate subject line would be "Tips for your new tablet." Also, I didn't realize it came with a screen protector and I mistakenly took it off, only to realize my mistake and reapply it. There are a few bubbles that won't smooth out. Oh, well. That would have been helpful to have in the message. I am typing this on the keyboard which is working fine. The case works fine also. No problems connecting to wifi or with bluetooth. Haven't tried the mouse yet. Now I will be looking for a small neoprene case for the tablet and accessories, since I bought it to travel with.

I got this for my son and he loves it, the one problem we're had with it so far is the mouse will not connect to it and it broke very easily. Other than that, the battery last for hour's to 2 days depending on what he does on it. The pictures are clear and beautiful. The case it comes with is easy to use and very handy.
