I've had this tablet for about a week. Ordinarily I would't post a review this quickly, but I wanted to put this out there for those who are doing product comparisons. I will update after I have had it for a while longer. I saw a lot of reviews out there that made me wonder. I'm glad I took the chance and here are a few reasons why : 1) It has a nice, bright screen. Is it Samsung or Apple quality? No. But I paid a quarter of the price. For what I paid, it's a nice quality screen. The touch screen works just as well as my Lenovo and Samsung did. 2) It's an Android OS through and through. There is no bloatware like you get with other manufacturers. Nobody else decides which android features I can and can't use. I really appreciate that about it. I really feel like I own this piece of equipment. 3) It uses a standard usb to micro usb charger cable and the wall plug is nothing special. I'm using the same charger for the tablet that I use for my phone. I like that I only have to keep one charger cable plugged in to my surge strip all the time. 4) The operating speed is exactly what I expect for 2GB RAM / 32 GB storage. It's fine for standard web browsing and document creation/ access in google apps and in outlook (that's all I've used so far). Compared to my Lenovo 2/32 that got stolen, this one is just as fast. I didn't pay for HD or lightening speed and I didn't get it - I have other devices for that and if I wanted a tablet to do that, I would have paid the extra $$ for 4GB. This is a good speed for the way I intend to use it. P.S. In case you've read about the "free case" in other reviews, I'm not putting this review out so I get the free case - I already bought a nicer case than the free ones they offer.

My wife and I bought this as a dedicated tablet to pair with our Wyze cams we're using as baby monitors throughout the house. It works great for that purpose. Overall this seems to be a good product given the $100 price point. The tablet is not as responsive, nor does it have the features that you would expect from a more expensive tablet, and that is fine. The camera is adequate, but not great for video calls. Same can be said for the microphone. The speaker is plenty loud, although it doesn't produce great quality sound. It is a good looking tablet. It is a little heavy if you are used to picking up $500 super slim tablets, but it is not obnoxiously heavy. Overall a great little product for what we need. I was not a fan of the look of the native launcher, so I downloaded a different one that was more to my liking.

I originally ordered this product for my kid for a few days before Christmas so that she could have it then, in which the product did arrive on time. However, two months after purchase, the tablet started to malfunction, in which there were some internal issues with the tablet and the screen did not work, the tablet turned on, but it the screen was all garbled with neon colored lines going down it. I contacted the chat support in which that was the most AWFUL support I had EVER received! Slow to respond ( and I mean like 30 minutes in between responses) So I went the message/ email route. The first time I contacted someone, they told me to do some troubleshooting that I had already done when I contacted Amazon about this issue, so I knew this was NOT going to work and informed them of that, then DAYS later, they told me to take a photo of the tablet so that they could read the item number, sent that and asked then about a replacement. Then more DAYS later, they responded that if I sent the tablet back, I would get a replacement. So I spent my own money to send back THEIR malfunctioning piece of equipment and emailed them the tracking number and told them to let me know when it was received. April 2, I sent an email confirming if the tablet had been received and almost two weeks later I have heard NOTHING!! So I currently DO NOT have a tablet that I have PAID FOR and not one person has contacted me about me the replacement! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED AND WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm using this tablet as a backup to my computer, as well as for the convenience of having a smaller mobile device. I have installed 88 apps onto this 2g ram, 32gb storage capacity, 10.1in. screen Zonko tablet, and it still has approximately 20gb of storage left on the device... Not including my ability to expand the storage capacity with an SD card. It's lightweight and comes in two color options... Black and silver. It's a slim design and it can be used as a phablet (phone/tablet) with the insertion of up to two SIM cards. It had an auxiliary headphone port and comes with USB charger. The battery came with a full charge. After using it for four consecutive hours, I still had 40% battery life remaining. The speed is fairly good for a tablet in this price range. Overall, I give it 4 stars out of five!⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought this unit for it's phone capabilities because I wanted to use a cheap sim card data plan and keep it in my car for a semi permanent Tesla like installation, converting my stereo and maps to use this unit. While the unit WORKS, it's just not snappy enough for my expectations. I did side by side tests with my Moto Z2 Play phone, and the loading times on the tablet were 50-100%+ longer than my phone and not acceptable for my usage. I can't count and wait for google maps to load in data street by street... I just need it to pop up. For the price, it's decent if it has what you need for features and can live with some loading times, but If ur a multitasker and time is money, get something that has more raw power. The screen was plenty bright enough, but the resolution and colors looked off and lower quality. Not the best panel, but again, at this price I can understand. Had the unit been quicker I would have been good with it, since I can live with 3g and 2.4ghz wifi, but the processor was just too slow for me.
