    • Great for the Money
I am a techy .. not so much a geek or a gamer but I have been in the industry for many years. I use my desktop for most everything but I always wanted to get a tablet. Since its the holiday season I figured I could get one on sale. I was prepared to get a name brand and spend $400+ for it. Then I came across this one and decided to take a chance, especially for the money. This tab is worth the price. The screen is crisp and bright, the storage is ample, and it is a true quad core processor. The chip reports as a jr-j71 (do not know it) 4 x 1.51 Ghz 32 bit chip. Its fast enough for puttering around the internet. Not sure about any gaming as I don't really play them. There is an external storage slot and it reads my 64 gig card just fine. I don't have anything on it yet but I did use it to move some data over from my old phone to the tablet and then stored the data to the internal storage. Again, for me there is ample room. There is a headphone jack and it works but I do not plan on using it.. The speakers are clean and loud enough. If you are serious about your music you will probably want to use your earbuds or headphones. I know that's what I would do. My only real knocks are the wifi .. it only supports 2.4 GHz networks, there is no support for 5 GHz wifis and I found that disappointing. The only other knock is the overall speed of the system could be a pinch faster for me but I am willing to bet the average person would not mind at all. I installed the Niagra Launcher (thought about installing Nova) and it works fine. There are a handful of apps that are not compatible (Handcent Next SMS for example) and I will either need to find something else or just do without.. but there are plenty that are compatible and I am sure I can make it work. I have Outlook for email working, nothing else Office related only because I didn't get the tablet for work. Any app in the Google Play Store that is not compatible is not displayed so if you are having a hard time finding something that you know is out there, this may be why. Other than my SMS program, everything else works fine. Android 10 was pre-installed and the few weeks that I have had it, no issues. No updates as of yet except for maybe when I first turned it on. I did buy a case for it (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BBKKDQV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) and its nice enough.. I do recommend getting one as even for the price I dont want to damage it if I can help it. The case fits fine as it was designed specifically for this product and is not generic. All in all, I like the tablet and it works great for my uses. I can deal with the slower wifi only setting and am even used to it now so I dont even notice it. If this is will be your first tablet then I highly recommend it. You can always spend more for the next one. ... show more

This is a $100.00 tablet with an Android 10 driver, and as $100.00 tablets with Android 10 drivers go, I'll give it a 4. As always, with Amazon nothing is exactly as you'd expect. It's presented as a 10" tablet. It is 10" from corner to corner. But the screen itself is only like 9.5 or so. I didn't measure it. I compared it to my Kindle fire 10. That's another thing. With Kindle, you're beholden to Amazon. With this Android 10, you're beholden to Google. Really one of the best things about a tablet like this is if it's lost or damaged it no big loss. It doesn't take much to replace it. Go ahead and consider other options if you're needing or wanting something with more power. Update: I'm returning this thing. I guess you need to spend a little more money if you want something that's worth having. ... show more

I legit love this tablet! You really can’t beat the price, and the quality is fantastic! As soon as I got it I turned it on and logged in, and began downloading apps. I mostly wanted this for video streaming to use when I work out on my stationary bike or elliptical. Now I’ll be bringing this with me on road trips and flights too instead of my MacBook. It has similar weight to an iPad and feels like it’s made with quality material, it has a good weight to it but it’s not heavy. It has expandable memory on the side which is a plus for video/photo/file storage. I never knew I’d like the android OS so much but I do! I like this more than my 2nd generation iPad mini! These would make great holiday gifts for people you know without tablets! Now I just need to buy a screen protector and case :-) ... show more

    • TOTAL GARBAGE. NO ONE SHOULD EVERY BUY THIS TABLET. WORST EVER. BUYER BEWARE!
This is the second one of these I've owned. The first tablet forgot and couldn't find my wifi after about a week. I sent that back and replaced it with the same (just in case it was just one bad tablet). After about 2 weeks the replacement got a little buggy. Every time I pick it up it has to reconnect to the wifi. EVERY TIME I PICK IT UP IT HAS TO RECONNECT TO WIFI. The average wait time is 52 seconds. And now it just drops the signal at random. This no-name brand should be dubbed Flaming Pile of Tablet 10.1" It is brought to you by the curse put upon you by your ex. And was no doubt manufactured in a witch's culdron. ... show more
