I was nervous to buy these tablets for my kids. I bought 2 and they work great. One disconnects from the internet often, but it reconnect just fine. Otherwise my kids have no issues. Keeps charges all day. Charge quickly. Load fast. Clear images. They can do anything they could on my son's old name brand tablet. Hard to find cases, but I did find some eventually. Recommend going with the rubber ones with handles not the ones similar to otter boxes.

I got this exclusively for reading comics, and it is capable of just that and not much else. Occasionally apps will crash for no real reason and there isn't much RAM on this thing so it switches tasks pretty slowly. The battery life isn't all that impressive and it'll die after about 6 or 7 hours of consistent use. The physical traits of the tablet are okay. It's decent size which makes it relatively comfortable to read on but the shell of the device is metallic and slick which pretty much necessitates buying a case if you don't want to risk it slipping from your hands and dropping it. Overall, it was an okay value for its price. As a general use tablet, you're better off paying a bit more for something else.

Tablet sucks!! I received it turned it on to start using it and set it up and it's asking me for a 6 digit pin!? I paid about $68 which was great but it has to work! Be very careful with this product. Price and specs were great but it's not a good tablet. Stick with Samsung Lenovo etc. They're twice the money but at least they work. I'm returning this junk

Decent tablets. Longevity is to be desired. I bought 3 of these this year, 1 broke after the first drop it took. Another is now bricked and won't turn on, even after being fully charged. Outside of that, they were fast enough and functional for the kids.

Although I love the size of this tablet, I wish I'd gone with a 'Fire' tablet. Slow loading speeds, almost impossible to use without a stylus. Good graphics though, and audio works at acceptable levels. Good value for the price.

I bought this with the soul purpose of two things. Using it for watching YouTube videos via the app and Instagram via the app. It is very slow to load so the quality of the video is blurry on YouTube. It is clearer when the video is playing at the smaller screen setting, but once you maximize the screen it struggles to be a clear picture. The processor can't keep up. Using the Instagram app, it doesn't work very well. When using the website, it is a little better, but still struggles to load. I wanted to return it, but it needed to be in an unopened box, which is ridiculous. How are you suppose to know if you like it or not? So keep that in mind if you purchase this. The sound quality is good for me, but I am using it in a small area without a lot of background noise. The touchscreen can be a little difficult when trying to close a video or something like that, I don't have a screen protector on it. I am disappointed in my purchase. It was fairly simple to set up. It just doesn't seem to want to play nice with apps.

I purchased one of these in December 2024 as a Christmas gift for my wife. It functioned just fine until a couple of months ago, when it stopped working. It takes a full charge, but does not go beyond that; the screen buttons won't take input to progress beyond that point. I contacted the seller customer service, who gave me the usual fixes: reboot, hit the reset pinhole, etc. I told them we had already tried all that, but nothing works. It's now been several weeks, and I've heard nothing back from them. I submitted a complaint about this seller to Amazon weeks ago, but have heard nothing from them either. A tablet should not go bad after less than six months! Both my wife and myself are very disappointed in this product and the seller's customer service. Please keep our experience in mind if you're considering this product.

Well, this tablet lasted a day before it suddenly turned off and would not power back on ever again. No amount of charging or key presses would recover it. The battery was about 50% when it just suddenly died. I wasn't misusing it in any way. I'm irritated that this thing was so poorly constructed, but I'm also thankful it was so bad that it died during the return period. I have amazing luck with technology, so getting a lemon device is pretty rare for me. I was initially very impressed with this tablet, and the nice specs are what convinced me to buy it. Side note: There are NOT 24gbs of ram - there are 4gbs. The remaining 20 is a "feature" that uses your sllooooooooow internal storage as a cache, and is at best a marketing trick, and at worse, an outright lie. By this same trick, your windows PC could have an extra 2TB of RAM if you had a 2TB hard drive. It's not reality and it doesn't increase performance whatsoever. The device felt like quality in my hands, and it seemed well built. It just didn't function well. In practice, this tablet was sluggish. It couldn't complete with similar devices that it should have beaten based on specs. I bought two and both were slow. Only one died, but both went back due to the eventuality at play here. This device will die on you some day, likely very soon. Spend a little more and buy a device that will still be functional a year from now. Don't believe me? Read all of the one and two star reviews. There is an obvious problem. Update: Support is responsive and has reached out to me several times regarding this review. I'm increasing my rating based on my interactions with them. I did receive a lemon and they've been eager to resolve the issue, which is very much appreciated.
