I just started playing pickleball after my husband finally convinced me. This paddle is great! I would say this is great for beginners like me. This pickleball paddle by Paddex is really great! It's pretty lightweight and is easy to grip and very comfortable in my hand. I feel like I have good control with it and it looks pretty nice. Great price too!

This paddle is good for the kitchen/non volley zone. It has touch and control. It does not have much power. So drives and serves were not as deep as I would like.

This pickleball paddle by Paddex has everything you want and need in a paddle and at an awesome value. It performs extremely well and is comfortable to hold. It utilizes much of the same technologies and designs as the major pickleball brands such as a 3K carbon fiber face for good grit and spin, thermoformed with edge foam for a good sweet spot along with power, and a 16mm width for better control. These days, any player from beginner to advance can easily pick up this paddle and it will perform the same, if not better than many of the costlier paddles out on the market. With this Paddex, the only thing less is less money out of your pocket with no compromise on quality and performance.

Anyone who plays pickleball will probably tell you that the paddles go from cheap junk to utterly absurd and expressive in rapid fashion. The facility that I play at is constantly pushing athlete sponsored, "high-end" paddles as if they will somehow elevate my game, endow me with god-like reflexes, and propel me into the professional ranks where I, too, can rake those fat stacks of sweet, sweet endorsement dollars. Well, I am here to tell you that there's another option that can...provide you a nice paddle to play with at a reasonable price. (Sorry, there ain't no free lunches in this game.) This Paddex paddle does a really competent job of providing the spin, grip, feel and control which is the equal of any of the high end options that I have demoed. (Take that big-pickleball shills.) Honestly, I cannot imagine a reason to spend hundreds of dollars on any of those when this is an option. The simply reality is that carbon fiber has been around for decades. There really isn't anything that special about it. I am guessing that very few of us would be able to tell the difference between T700 and T1000 - and even fewer still understand what those numbers mean. (Hint: They refer to tensile strength. Aren't you happy I cleared that up?) What I will tell you is that the paddle is responsive, lightweight, and has a lovely textured surface that grips the ball and imparts spin effectively. It came very nicely packaged and included grip tape, a nice cover, and a square of something they're calling an "eraser." I have no idea what that last thing is, but I am on a quest to use it somehow, someday. All in all, I think this is a an excellent paddle that does everything and more that I require. When I hit the pros, I'll be sure to look back on all the little people that made it possible. Now, I'm going to impart a little bit of my experience: If you ever get to the court and line up across the net from a 75-year-old woman who is wearing a sweatband halfway up her forearm, buckle up. You're about to get smoked. Accept your beatdown with as much grace as you can muster and try not to cry until you're in the shower. (Always the best place for it!)

T700 carbon fiber is very durable. Carbon fiber is perfect for pickleball paddles because it is very durable. The t700 variety, whatever it comprises, is well known as rugged and long-lasting, which is what you need on your paddle surface. Instead of a smooth surface, this has a gritty, abrasive surface. That grips the ball and means the ball stays on the paddle longer. Why is this good? It gives your shots more precision and you can impart much more spin and movement on the ball. The price that here, in my opinion, is excellent for this quality carbon fiber paddle. It plays great and hits true whether you were playing indoors or out. This Paddex paddle is good enough for intermediate and advanced players, and I recommend it to new players because it instantly improves your game by giving you more control and spend.

This is a high-quality paddle that is best suited for those who already know the game and have some experience. A good next step or two after a beginner paddle. Quality grip with a solid hit. At the time of the review, the paddle is USAPA Pending, so if you're looking for league gameplay, I will hold off till officially approved. However, if you're just playing for fun, this is a quality paddle. In comparison to other approved paddles I have, I don't see why this would be excluded.
