Features

  • Our PRISM series is a holistically designed, reimagined paddle that is the benchmark for an affordable carbon fiber pickleball paddle. With foam edge walls, our paddles make it easy to reset, place your shots, and finish points while ensuring durability and a nimble feel. Paddles have polyurethane inserts to reduce shock absorption and give players more feel. The PRISM series is ideal if you think thermoformed paddles are too powerful but traditional sandwich-style paddles are too soft.
  • Whats different about our PRISM series? The PRISM series is characterized by our unique cold-molding approach that adds control and touch without relying on intense heat application. With less raw power than our original series, the prism more than makes up for it in control and plushness. We have added foam-injected walls using a non-heat-intensive process that still gives the paddle a unibody construction. With this, the PRISM series combines cutting-edge design with reimagined versatility
  • The greater cross-sectional area, which allows it to distribute loads more evenly and resist deformation more effectively. This means you will have controlled power throughout the paddle, even on mishits.
  • USAPA Approved and used by top PPA professionals
  • Raw T700 carbon fiber produces more spin and longevity than fiberglass or graphite counterparts, as well as lower-grade carbon fiber, designed with the everyday player in mind.

  • Great paddle IMO
Color: Flash
Paddle choice is very subjective. I purchased this paddle because it was similar in specs to my standard 4-year-old Tempest Wave Pro paddle. I like the thicker paddles with more control, and this Vatic Prism 16 mm is slightly longer, with a raw carbon surface for spin. The weight and handle size and thickness are the same as the Tempest Wave Pro, making it an easy choice to purchase without trying it first. That and the reasonable price. It has improved my game to some degree over the past month, and at the very least I've had no difficulty adapting to it. IMO there are only two kinds of paddles -- the thinner ones which return more force to the ball, and thicker ones that absorb more of the energy and optimize control. Not that you'll have trouble imparting force with this paddle, but I personally like it. ... show more

  • Finally! A paddle that can keep up with me.
Color: Flash
Started out using a cheap Walmart/Sam's paddle and quickly adapted to the sport from tennis. Unfortunately, the paddle couldn't keep up with me anymore with my sidespin, underspin, and topspin shots. Topspin shots are launched off the courts and sidespins fall into the net. A friend recommended the Flash to me and it feels the best out of other expensive paddles I've tried: Selkirk Power Air Invikta, Selkirk Halo. I was disappointed when I got the paddle that it was the lightest weight they could of given me. I prefer a heavier paddle because I normally already play with the Wilson Pro Staff RF97 Autograph which is the heaviest tennis racket I know so if there was a way to specify what weight you wanted on the Amazon order site, that would be an improvement. They gave me a 7.9 but I'll take anything above 8.0 oz. ... show more

  • Looking to upgrade from your Walmart paddle? - BUY THIS
Color: V7
Newer player, started this year. Since then play 2-3 times a week. I was originally using a box store $50 paddle. My club's pro shop lets me borrow Ben Johns Hyperian paddles. I did a lot of research and found this Vatic should be best for my budget and level of play. For a $100 you are going to get a quality paddle that has great grit & spin My wife got the Pro v7 (which uses thermoformed) for $140. To be honest we can't tell the difference in play. Nor with the Joola Ben Johns. Perhaps if you are tourny quality player you could find a difference. If you are looking to upgrade your paddle or just starting out this is a quality choice. It will do all you need to do for now. And in two years perhaps upgrade again ... show more

  • Satisfied
Color: V7
I am really enjoying the performance of this racket. In time I will change the wrapping of the handle as it can feel just a little sticky as you perspire while playing. I was concerned about the weight being a little much for my 5’3” frame, but I’m playing quite well with this racket. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

  • great paddle but got a used one sent to me
Color: Flash
great paddle, better than spending $250 on the joola. only thing was that this paddle came to me lightly pre-used. I can see both sides of the paddle had some pickleball imprints on it; however, there wasn't any damage so I didn't bother sending it back.

  • One of the best paddles on the market in terms of performance and value.
Color: Flash
Top tier paddle and company for a very modest price. Great all around paddle. No weaknesses unless you are a banger. You can save a few bucks buying direct from their website using influencer codes but I didn't bother returning mine to save $10. The paddle is worth every penny for a serious player.

  • Great value for the price paid.
Color: Flash
Racket is excellent but i am a new player. Having borrowed other rackets this has excellent rough "Carbon Fiber" surface to get better spin. Compared to others which i borrowed are just shinny surface on cheaper models. This looks like great value in this price range, which is why i picked it for now when compared to other in the +- $120 range (CDN). YouTube reviews of rackets ratings led me to this brand in the price range with a "TORAY T700 raw Carbon Fiber" for surface. Now to just work on my wobbly knees is next. ... show more

  • Love it
Color: Flash
Plays like a CRBN paddle with a wider sweet spot. Less dead shots. Easy to adjust to and play with. Enough power to still put away smashes when needed. Not quite as much spin as some other paddles. Wonderful overall for the price! Edit: After using it for 8 hours of play, I wanted to follow-up that I still love the paddle, but wanted to warn people that due to its softness, it can increase tendonitis/tennis elbow, especially if you're playing above a 3.5 level and haven't engaged in strength training. My tendonitis has gotten worse, and so I've turned to additional therapy to assist with it. ... show more
