The bike is ok. But customer service is less than satisfactory. Called because could not peddle without power. Explained several times , never was able to speak with a technician only receptionist., gave book and verse, ie manual, finally paid a bike repair to come look. There are 2 chains, one, to just peddle one for power drive. Peddle chain was off. Not mentioned in book, I can't bend that low to see. QA bad. Service bad. Out another $100. Never gave instructions for return. ... show more

This trike is amazing for the money! Is it perfect? No. It has some instruction issues and I can’t figure out the lights to save my life. But we were able to attach the trailer bought for my daughter to ride along with, and it serves the purpose I originally got it for. My job isn’t too far away and so this trike is perfect for getting there and home without the waste of gas or miles on the suv. The battery life has been good so far and accurate. I have had a bit of an issue with the wheel protectors bending and causing the bike to shake a bit. But overall the quality is very good for the money. Fun on a budget? Yes please! ... show more

I received my bike and I love it. Perfect size, seat is comfortable, it’s so fun to ride. I had a heart and liver transplant and this bike helps my balance. I bike to the store inside of driving. Just what I needed! Great ride!
