I had wanted to replace my old curling iron, 10 years old, but was hesitant as to which one to purchase. I had done a lot of research on the T3 products and thought I would give it a try. I have shoulder length coarse hair so I wanted something that would not damage my hair but also get the job done. This one does it all. I like the length of the cord, the heat settings and how it leaves my hair feeling. It was a little pricey but I think in the long run it will be worth it.

I was skeptical when I ordered this, as the manufacturer touted how quickly it heated and cooled. Boy howdy, does it ever! It heats up within a minute and cools down quickly too. I have fine hair, and it does a good job of smoothing the fly away pieces that are growing in after breakage or falling out. It curls the ends nicely, which is what I was looking for in addition to smoothing the frizzy ends. Pricy but highly recommend.

This wand is incredible! With very think hair I have always struggles to find curling irons that work well for me. This one warms up quick, maintains temperature, and heats my hair evenly. I love that the cord folds up nice and neat with a Velcro strap.

I broke down and bought this because of all the "influencers" that talk this curling iron up so much. For someone who doesn't like spending a lot of money on themselves, this was a struggle to even justify spending this kind of money on a curling iron, but I had high hopes. This is the worst hair tool I've ever had! It heats up quickly, which is about the only positive thing about it. It doesn't do anything to my hair. I tried different ways of curling, different products, sprays, etc...nothing. I spent hours trying to get this thing to curl but nothing. I have a $20 straightener that works way better than this thing did. I'd love to know the secret to getting this thing to curl, let along have "curls that last days!" They didn't even last 2 minutes! Honestly, unless you have money to burn, don't waste your money, IMO.

I purchased the T3 rose gold 1.25” curling iron April 2020 for $160. I used it several days a week on the 3rd or 4th heat setting. Within a few months, the inside of the curling iron began to develop a large brown mark inside the clip and I could feel it dragging across my hair. It was still under warranty so I contacted T3 customer service. They offered to replace it with a similar refurbished model. I was NOT happy about that, but it was the only option for a warranty claim. I did receive the same product and it has gone on to do the same exact thing! This curling iron was great when it was new, but it didn’t last and their warranty is a joke. A refurbished product that someone else may have used on their hair??? Gross. When you have 2 products fail in the exact same way back-to-back, it’s a faulty product. I will not be buying another T3 product and I advise others to skip this one. Photos show 1st and 2nd irons. The damage is identical.
