I like this keyboard, it's set up nicely and has a good feel. It requires zero set up - you just put the battery & USB in and it's ready to go. It is extremely loud to type on, and bothers me if I don't have my headphones in. Similarly, it drives my partner nuts, who is also working from home most of the day. I became so frustrated trying to use this thing. It constantly was not reading the keys I typed in. Sometimes entire words were missed. I felt like I was losing my mind. It wasn't me, It was definitely the keyboard. If you run into the same thing, just know it's not you my friend, it's definitely the thing you're trying to pound away at that refuses to acknowledge what you're trying to type. I returned it after a week of cursing and headaches. *Follow up. After I posted my review the seller very kindly reached out to me. It is clear they take their customers satisfaction seriously and even though this product didn't work out, I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. Wish them all the best. I needed a new keyboard to go with my laptop and I searched for one with a usb connection vs bluetooth. My computer keeps losing the bluetooth connection, the reason why I wanted a usb connection. The keyboard arrived very quickly and was packaged nice and compact (no overloading of 'stuffing'). The keyboard connected immediately and I was typing in no time. The keyboard is SO smooth and does not have loud clicks with the press of each keys, (you know exactly what I mean).
