Really poor quality. Ran them through the dishwasher when I first got them (they are supposedly dishwasher safe), and the bottoms all immediately became stained. After a few months of use, the ceramic is becoming discolored. I initially decided to give these the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe the people writing bad reviews were just unfamiliar using ceramic.     • Don’t let food overheat and rinse immediately, these are a great find

I was a little hesitant to buy these because of all the bad reviews I read. I didn’t want to spend money on these if they were going to warp and stain. With that being said, I love these pots and pans. One pan did stain, but that is only if you continue to cook something and it sets on the pan. I’m talking about a little bit of food left in the pan after everyone has served themselves. The key to keeping these white is to rinse them right after you are done cooking or if you need to leave it in the pan, turn the heat off. I stained one of them after leaving the heat on with only a little food in the pan. When I realized my mistake, I scrubbed it down until it was white again. Definitely took some effort. These are also not scratch resistant. My friend used a metal utensil to serve and she ended up scratching the bottom. Otherwise, I love them. They are truly non-stick and they are a dream to cook on. Like anything else, if you take care of your things, they will take care of you. I’ve had these for over a month and they still look brand new. I’m also cooking healthier because you really don’t need any kind of oil. ... show more

I have had these pans towards the end of May and did not use them right away. It is now the second week in July and already the smallest pan has scratches and Scorch marks. Tefal advertises that their product is scratch and staying resistant. This is not true if the pan that I have. I have had no problem with the other frying pans but use this one for eggs. I contacted tefal and through email the representative was very abrupt with me and was very clear that they will not replace the pan that is not covered under warranty. Then she sent me to a site to check out more pans and they all stated the same thing that they are scratch resistant and stain resistant. I contacted them again and asked for a supervisor I have yet to hear from the supervisor but it hasn't been that long yet. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product because if they can't replace one pan or if one pan that you're going to use often gets scratched and stained in less than 2 months when you only use the plastic spatula that they sent with it something is wrong. I gave 2 stars for Value because if the other two frying-pans seems to be okay but have had limited use and I have not used to of the pots yet. I absolutely love this set! Exceeded my expectations and works so well! Follow the directions of how to take care of these pots and pans and they are great! Always use low heat, not too much butter or oil and they heat up so fast ( using a gas stove) and food cooks fast! Food does not stick and they clean so easily! Make sure to use a soft sponge, never a rough, abrasive sponge to clean them.. there is no need to anyway! after use make sure to let them cool down before you rinse them to clean then, otherwise they will not as effective. Follow the steps in the manual of how to clean, use and care for these pots and they are absolutely amazing! These are a great choice! ... show more

Its not really scratch resistant. After few months of use scratches started showing up even if i would just use plastic/silicone spatulas. I still love the set. Easy to clean and i dont need to use oil when i fry something. They also did a very fast shipping.

Although these are nice pots and pans, they do not work with my NuWave induction cook tops. I only ordered these because it was stated they were induction compatable. They d not work with my NuWave induction plates. I get the error E1 when trying to use them. I cannot return them because I got rid of the boxes...my bad! Bought this set (and an extra pan) for my husband for Christmas. Out of the box and first use got RAVES as he tested the ceramic non-stick function. We were concerned about the use of non-stick surfaces in our everyday cooking as most people are these days and while we had never cooked with ceramic coated cookware before, we were pleasantly surprised. The quality of the product is what you would expect from T-fal, but it's too early to tell how long it will last. We are hopeful that this set will provide years of excellent meals for our family. ... show more

After only having the product a month it already had two chips in the ceramic. I have been super careful, and never use metal, or anything on it. I also hand wish them. Never been in the dishwasher! So i am pretty frustrated about that. But they work great! Easy to cook with, and super nonstick! The handles are nice and the lids are also. Only thing is they have to be tightened often for some reason. I wish they would have said more clearly you dont want to use these products at HIGH HEAT! they cook very evenly and it doesn't take long to heat very hot. I dont do above 8 now. Due to finding out the hard way. It has turned the underneath and sides of my pans burnt brown, and it wont come off, so they aren't as pretty. ... show more
