Update 5/16/22: Their customer support got back to me and they did a great job addressing my concerns and were very helpful and apologetic about the experience. They were able to provide a new set of propellers for me to replace the one that broke and included a hand written card apologizing as well as a new unit as well to make up for the first one. Our son has been really excited to play with it again. It's understandable that bad things like this happen once in a while. They made up for it with great customer service - I really appreciate their effort to make me feel supported. Original Review: This broke after a week of minimal use. The glowing LEDs around the outside became detached right away. Was able to reattach those with just some tape. But, then one of the rotor blades broke. Obviously won't fly now. Can't believe it doesn't come with replacement blades. Would be $0.10 to include a set of blades for when they inevitably break. Contacted support and warranty. Haven't heard back from either yet. ... show more

Got this for my son’s 5th birthday and he loves it! His siblings 3 and newborn also love watching it fly. Easy to use, durable and safe. Only down side is it doesn’t hold a great charge. Other than that the price was right and it works great when it has a charge.

Brought it for my nephew and he loved it. I charged it up before I gave it to him. It took a LONG time to charge up. But it operated perfectly..It would be good if it had actual an instruction booklet in addition to the scan code that takes you on line to the instructions. But my nephew loved it.

    • Works for a few days, then breaks

Flies straight up to the ceiling and then crashes to the floor. It only maneuvers for a minute or two when its power is low and about to power down. VERY frustrating. But, my real reason for just two stars is that the LED lights broke after three days. There are only two LEDs working now, and, I am hesitant to say I expect those to break soon. Basically, an item of agony and frustration for my son. It might be fun to fly this outside and let it disappear into the heavens. But definitely not something to purchase, especially if you have a 7-10-year-old who doesn't know that some things were never meant to last. This is a DO NOT BUY. UPDATE: Seller reached out and offered refund and free replacement. Very kind and a good lesson for my son, too. ... show more

It seemed super fun until my daughter tried to make it flip and it sucked up her hair and matted it up so bad it had to be slowly ripped out. I figured putting her hair in a braid would make this not happen again, but it flew into her hair again and sucked up her bangs this time. Battery dies within 5 min every time we use it as well. So we charged it for 3 hours to be able to use it for 5 min and then have to put it on the charger again. Avoid this product if you have anyone in your house with hair. Update. - Company reached out and 100% made it right. I am amending my 1-star to a 5 star. Defects happen but standing by your product is what matters!! Item was defective on day 1. Uses sensors to scan room/proximity, and my son's unit outside just kept flying up in the air and doing flips till we lost sight. I would ask for a return/replacement.. but item flew away and I no longer have it to return? ... show more
