I purchased 5 or 6 drones for Christmas presents and I have to say this particular brand is the best by far. I had to return one of another brand as the sensors did not work at all and it would fly to the ceiling and crash.     • Grandson loves it , dont take it outside unless....
Swear I only paid $9 bucks for this. Great inside toy as long as you dont have anything fragile on the shelves. Its sensors work about 75% of the time so it moves away from objects. Dont think you can use this outside unless you have a large area like a football field. it will fly very high..30' or more and if there are any trees around...say bye bye. I got lucky and ours fell through 25' of branches back to the ground. Much better price at $9. If it had just 1 voice command.." Down" it would be better. ... show more

Purchased this for as a gift. It is a lot of fun for kids and adults. The only downside is the power time does not last very long possibly 5 - 8 minutes and it was done. Placed back on the charger that takes some time to charge. It is a fun cool gift and a blast as long as the power lasts.

I'm really bummed out. I missed the deadline to return this by just a few days. It was used a few times when purchased in late December 2021. Pulled it out again to gift to a friend in late January 2022. Set it aloft only to have to fly into a sky light where it stalled until I nudged it down with a broom handle. Since then, when launched it goes straight up to the ceiling and then quickly crashes to the floor. Recalibrating has not been not effective. Fully charged doesn't seem to make any difference. Leave it off your "buy" list is my recommendation. ... show more

    • fragile, but great customer service
My daughter liked it. But it did not last long. Only a couple days, one of fans was broken when it landed on the ground after running out of battery. By the way, the battery can only last a few minutes. Update: The seller reached out to me offering a replacement. The replacement even includes spare fans! I don't know how long it will hold up yet. I assume it will last longer with the spare parts. One thing for sure is that this product is back with a good customer service. ... show more

    • erratic operation
I got two of these, for grand children in different parts of the country. They don't operate per descriptions. They blast off for the ceiling, then veer off in undetermined directions. Not happy at all. Addendum: Aftercontact from the company, the representative promised replacements. I single replacement arrived in a timely manner, but on opening the box I found a single replacement, not the two I was told to expect. Also, the rep mentioned that the units should have 4 sensors along the side to control direction. All three units in my possession have only two. My best guess is, since the units are manufactured outside the company's control, someone s deliberately cutting quality. I don't know what the cost of two sensors would be, but not installing them on the units will allow someone to pocket a few extra pennies. Pennies add up. I will say this, the company contact has been more than fair in their dealings. I hope they can work out the bugs. I'd still like to get them for my grand daughters. ... show more
