I already take a small dose of melatonin regularly to sleep. This aid did not seem to improve my sleep quality any more than just the melatonin.

Been having trouble the past two weeks getting quality sleep; I've been waking up several times throughout the night. Taking origin sleep aid did not help me with falling asleep faster, but once I did manage to fall asleep I stayed asleep, and felt well rested in the morning. Another positive is I didn't have a headache in the morning as I get with melatonin. This helped me sleep, but the melatonin in the Tart Cherry extract made my dreams even more intense than usual. If I take it again, I'll take the minimum dosage, vs. the full dose. As with other reviewers here, I may stick with Benadryl.

    • Holy cow this stuff works
My husband can't take 3 or he is too far gone. I can take 3 but this is the only thing that works and helps me to sleep past 4am. I'm actually able to go back to sleep at 4am most mornings. I've tried everything and can't figure out looking at ingredients why it works so well but it does.

I haven’t had dreams for roughly 10+ years. Figured I slept too hard. Not anymore. I’m having wild dreams all night long and feel even MORE rested. A must have for me now honestly. Jocko sleep pills and a Manta weighted sleep mask. NIGHT NIGHT!
