I’ve followed Jocko for a few years now, read some books, listened to podcasts, follow his IG account. While I value a lot of his input, my schedule does not align with his “up before the enemy” mentality. I take care of two children and two octogenarians. That alone requires a lot of caffeine. I don’t get into our garage gym till at least 10 pm. After cardio or lifting, it’s often past midnight. Rather than sit on the couch wide awake, I’ve given Hypnos a try. I am drinking lots of water when I take them and after a bit I am out. Anecdotally, I’d say they knock me out quicker and send me deeper to sleep. Only drawbacks have been, when I’ve gotten an overnight fire call and I stumbled out of bed and to the firehouse in a daze, and some freaky dreams.... I’d recommend these capsules to assist in getting better sleep, but if you take them at the hour I do, don’t expect to see those times Jocko posts when he’s getting up!

Been having trouble the past two weeks getting quality sleep; I've been waking up several times throughout the night. Taking origin sleep aid did not help me with falling asleep faster, but once I did manage to fall asleep I stayed asleep, and felt well rested in the morning. Another positive is I didn't have a headache in the morning as I get with melatonin. I'll be buying this product again in the future. @OriginLabs: can y'all put this in a chewable formula?

I have been struggling t get a good nights sleep for years. I have tried prescription medications along with a trash bag of supplements. These are different. I admit I was skeptical. I am currently on day 3 and really forgot what good nights sleep felt like. The recommended dosage is 3 pills. I am going to stay on that for a week then determine where I'm at. I'm thinking 2 pills may be just enough. I have not had that weird morning groggy feeling at all. I love that this supplement doesn't have melatonin. That is the doctors go to! It has never worked for me. Plus, its made in the USA and is 100% natural. I wish you could subscribe to this via Amazon but you can from the companies website. So, I will probably go that route, because I do not want to be without these at night. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other products too.! Please keep up the good work! Thank you for giving me the rest and recovery I need.

Im using few different products from Jocko’s brand and they are high quality, unfortunately this product isn’t one of them. It doesn’t work for me at all.

I’ve been using this product for several months, at first I had great success and was sleeping better than I ever had before, now I believe this is messing up my sleep. I can’t seem to get a good nights rest no matter what, not even cutting out coffee makes a difference. It seems too much of a good thing has become a bad thing, so take this supplement and improve your sleep quality but do not stay on it for a long period of time

I was a little skeptical at first ordering this sleep aid as I have tried so many in the past with no effect. I suffer with bouts of bad insomnia and have tried OTC and prescription products. No OTC product ever worked for me and I did not like taking a prescription product due to the fear of dependence. I ordered this product and for the first week I felt nothing and thought it was just another product that wouldn't have any effect. I stayed with it and continued to try. After about the second week it worked and truly worked!! I think you may need to build up a certain amount of this product in your system for the effects to truly work and now I have been sleeping well and about an hour after taking the product, my body becomes tired and I have no problem falling asleep and staying asleep!
