Update... without asking, they offered a refund. That is customer service. It is not often that this happens these days. Knowing they stand behind their products, I would buy again knowing you have the option to contact them for up to a year. That is more than fair for batteries. Bought (2) for a mag lite flashlight. I charged them when I first got them and not one of the 2 will not take a charge. 2 months after purchase. In my eyes, that’s waste of money and they are just cheap. The seller was not at fault for this poor product design. Please keep that in mind. This sell refunded full purchase price. Amazon finely put me through. I offer great thanks to the seller. Hello shopper. I'm here for you. I bought 3 sets of these because my device called for 5. Much like a flash light where the battles stack. And stacking was the issue. These battles have a circuit board on top where the positive terminal is located. This nipple that is the positive terminal gets push into the top void of the battery cell and eventually they are useless after maybe two or three charge cycles. I contacted Amazon under the sellers link ( as they run interference for the seller) but after three days they failed to show an interest in contacting me. I bought them in April and now the are useless in July. Don't by these as they will fail you. Other brands I can't speak about but these side charge ones are junk and they weren't cheep. I use this for my Meta Quest 2 controllers with the Amvr controller grips that have the side battery removable thing that makes it so you don't have to remove the grips. I've tried these batteries in a handful of devices, and they work pretty well, and charge quickly. However, I really bought them for a mouse, and they don't fit! I couldn't get them in! They're too long. Refer to the attached picture. I inserted a piece of paper to prevent shorting the battery through the calipers, and I hit 'zero' with the paper between the blades so the measurement showing should be a true measurement. These AA batteries are just a shade over the standard length, 0.3 mm longer than an amazon-basics battery for comparison. The shells are the same length, the extra length appears to be in the height of the positive terminal button. Since it looks like the positive terminal is solid and not hollow, I'll try using a file to shorten it. ... show more
