They do not have parts available for purchase on the website for this specific bike, so it's a hassle to reach out to Customer Service who takes days to respond to purchase a new one. Bought this for my son for his first bike rode it once and the pull string broke fixed that rode it two more times and now the carburetor is bad. If you buy this its best to op for the electric start cause after the first time of riding it your going to get a work out.

Bike seemed like a decent deal. Took a little longer to arrive than noted. Assembled & noticed the plastic gas tank was cracked. Decided since it was a Christmas present for my kid, we'd do ahead & give it to him so he'd have something to open Christmas morning then contact the seller. Dec 26th, I contacted the seller & they said they send a new gas tank. Received it mid January & installed it a week later. IT NEVER RAN. Would fire & run about 3 seconds then stop. I filed for return & the seller quoted a bunch of crap as to why they couldn't give a full refund for their defective item! (Not in original box & over 1 month for return). DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH A CHEAP PRODUCT & CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now my kid won't get another one because we didn't get a full refund frim their defective item.

My guess is some of these positive reviews were written in the first days of receiving because I’m sure your bike isn’t still working properly. Before we had the bike 30 days, we were already having issues with it starting. They sent a new carburetor that worked for all of 15-20 more days in which my son only got to ride it like 3 times within that because of the cold weather. Now we pull it back out recently for him to ride and it won’t run longer than 30 seconds without shutting off. The customer service just sends you these steps to try that haven’t helped at all to include checking gas as if that’s not obvious we’re doing. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!

Brilliant little motorbike for the price. Couldn’t have hoped for better. It hauls my 80lb kid up and down a gently sloped hill all day on a single tank of fuel. Speed capability is as advertised; throttle is responsive enough to kick up a little rooster tail on damp trail. The little thing will move pretty quick if there’s enough room to wind out the long single gear (150ish ft)
