Assembly took about 20 minutes and was very easy! I used the QR code in the instructions and watched the video. Everything is included that you need so no additional tools are necessary, and I recommend keeping the box it’s shipped in because it can be used to help assemble the chair. I have assembled lots of furniture in my day and this was the most well-designed and idiot-proof by far. As for the chair itself, I love it! The design is sleek and modern and made from quality materials. It’s comfortable and easy to operate. I bought this because my old setup was giving me back pain. I did some research into ergonomics and it turned out my old chair was way too high. This one goes down to the 16” I need for a comfortable setup and I’m glad I found it because my back has never felt better! I can’t attest to the long-term durability of it yet because I’ve only had it like a week but so far I’m genuinely impressed with it! The fabric seems durable and the seat cushion is a nice balance of firm enough for support but soft enough for comfort. I have no idea if the fabric is stain resistant (I’m not brave enough to test it), but the fabric does repel water somewhat, providing you can clean it up quickly and don’t just let it sit there. The Sytas home office chair is not only comfortable and supportive but also very nice-looking, making it a perfect addition to any workspace. Its sleek and modern design easily integrated into my office space and added style to my setup and finally replaced my old squeeky Embody. The chair's sturdiness is also impressive, giving it a robust and durable feel that suggests it will last for years. Assembly of the chair is a breeze, taking only 20 minutes to put together with the help of a light electric screwdriver. I found a couple videos online that helped in the process, but the supplier one is the best one. Pairing the back and seating parts on top of a countertop during assembly is highly recommended, making the process even smoother. Once assembled, the chair provides exceptional back and lumbar support, reducing any back pain and providing comfort throughout the workday. The armrests are a bonus, providing extra support to the arms and shoulders. The chair rockers very comfortably. It is also very light, as i realized when i had to move out the previous chair. Very comfortable, great back support. It's quite a large seat bottom, which gives you plenty of wiggle room even with the arms down. The liftable arms is a great feature also. Very sturdy as well. It took about 15 minutes to assemble and the instructions were decent enough to get it done.

Good all around office chair. Individual pieces wrapped to protect plastic and metal from scratches during shipment. Easy to follow instructions. Hardware was packaged with fool proof letters to match instructions. Allen wrench included provided enough leverage to tighten screws. Cushion firm but comfortable. Favorite aspect was the lower back support in the lumbar region. Arm rests were on the smaller side, but did provide nice cushion for the elbow or forearms. Wheels might be a little undersized. Could work on flat surface but I think might struggle on carpet, you need to have a chair mat for carpet. ... show more

It's been a good chair, the lumbar support kind of went out immediately with the mesh not staying together. Easily fixable with a pillow behind the plastic piece. I like that the arms are foldable and that the seat is fairly wide, allowing you to sit cross-legged if needed. Plus the cushioning under you is pretty soft on top of that. I don't exactly enjoy the fabric, but for the price, I can't complain. However, after just under a year of owning the chair, the gas lift has sort of gone out on it. It sinks slowly to the floor. This of course has been progressively getting worse and seeing as the lifts are rather expensive... kind of sucks. Overall, good chair for the short time that I've had it, but I guess you get what you paid for. ... show more

This chair was pretty easy to assemble, took less than half an hour. The cushions feel very soft and the chair feels sturdy. The wheels roll nicely. Looks very nice too, got lots of compliments. Also has arms that lift up. Overall a very nice chair.
