I use a CPAP machine which tends to dry my eyes at night, so these drops really help. I am in love with most things Systane. As a long time contact wearer who suffers from chronic dry eye, these are the only drops that give me relief. My only issue w/this purchase is that it took over (5) weeks to recieve. That irritated me, but they work, so by all means, if you wear contacts or have eye issues, these will really help you out!
