Very impressed. I've had other types of covers, but this is my first retractable. I had decided on this brand and a friend confirmed my choice when they told me how they switched from a more expensive one to this and it worked so much better. Besides the looks, fit, and easy operation, the quality of the mechanics is just awesome. Take more then one person to install but 1 2 3 and it's done. Ps the drain tube. Things Move around in the bed of a truck and hit them and yank them right out.

THEY MIS-REPRESENTED PRODUCT! THEY CONFIRMED THE LENGTH OF THE COVER, AND IT DID NOT FIT. CHEVROLET HAS 3 SIZES OF TRUCK BEDS FOR 2024 CHEV.1500 TRUCKS. MINE IS THE 6.8 BED. TAILGATE WOULD NOT CLOSE AFTER CORRECTLY INSTALLING COVER. THEY CHARGED ME A RESTOCK FEE AND DID NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY RE-STOCK FEE OR SHIPPING FEE WHEN THEY SENT ME THE WRONG COVER! THEY MISLED ME AND RIPPED ME OFF ON THIS PURCHASE. ALSO, THEY ARE TELLING ME THE COVER WAS DAMAGED UPON RETURN, WITH LIGHT BLEMISHES/SCRATCHES, AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT AS WELL. Good cover for the price, fit well on my 2023 Chev 2500HD. I read thru the instructions before install and watched a you tube video for extra pointers on installing and that made it easier to install; 2 person job definitely makes it easier to assemble and lift onto truck. Quality is good, I wish it slid back a little easier but does not get stuck and I am not constantly opening so it’s ok for now. The rubber locks are not going to keep everyone out of bed but it’s a slight deterrent at least. With all hoses hooked up there is no leakage into bed

Product, once installed looks good and works well. Just be aware that the written installation directions are not that great and had to work directly with the vendor to install correctly. Biggest part is that the rails need to be attached to the main box before lifting onto bed of truck. The directions and videos outon YouTube show putting the box up on the bed first. The install will appear to fail if you do it this way. I actually asked for return/refund because it was almost two inches short side to side if you don't put the rails on first, which is how I was put in touch directly with the vendor. Hope this helps others. Product is great and looks great on my truck. Just be aware that the directions will lead you astray if you try to follow them... Also, be aware that it has drain tubes that require a little bit of drilling holes in the bed to allow water to drain out from main box and rails.

Easy to put together but not the best quality. When you dropped it in my truck and tightened down, it binds at a few spots when you open it. Also, a few screws doesn’t thread together bc of poor machining. It works but for $1200, it should work better.
