Was originally looking at Retrax, had a little hesitancy with this brand, but fears were unfounded. Product is very well built, well packaged (the box is super buff) and reasonably easy to install. It looks super clean. Instructions were very complete and appreciate the QR code links to installation videos. Manufacturer/Seller support was awesome from presale to post delivery - all handled through very responsive chat on their website. Took a pic of my bed, and manufacturer confirmed it would fit with my liner. After receipt, the box was mislabeled for Silverado 6.5 instead of F250 6'10". Manufacturer reassured me it was labeling error. Very happy with the manufacturing tolerance. From front to back, there's supposed to be 1/8" gap. There was EXACTLY 1/8"! The automatic retraction mechanism works great. Really like there's not another lock to deal with. I don't need to carry around yet another key. As for watertightness: I haven't seen leak after installation with some garden hose testing. Cover comes with decent foam strips. I could make it more bullet proof with more foam, but I don't have an expectation that a retraction cover to be 100% without maintenance. A few nits: The bolts that connect clamps to rail could have been 1/4" longer to make threading the nut a little easier. Also would have preferred use of T25/hex over allen wrench screws. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. May buy it for my other truck. Will update review if my opinion changes after some mileage.

I wanted this tonneau cover to be a quick easy install like advertised. NOPE. After following the instructions, watched the video multiple times and doing what both said… Found out that the instructions are completely worthless because they are entirely WRONG. No where in the manual does it talk about the two brackets that came with the kit that need to be installed FIRST. So of course you get done and think you are finished and then have to tear it all back apart to install the two brackets that are needed for support of the canister. It tells you to prep the bracket hardware and shows you that the brackets slip onto the bolts. NOPE. No slit in the bolt. Had to take all the clamp bolts back apart to install correctly. Just an absolute waste of time. The ONLY reason this got two stars is because it does seem like a good product. It binds a bit fully extended but that may be just an adjustment I need to make… I hope… absolutely ridiculous you pay $1300+ for a product and you get useless instructions.

Farley easy to install, just review some on line videos read all the instructions carefully before installing. If your handy with tools, this project is no problem.
