This review pertains to the Sylvox 22" Smart RV TV. I received this product two days ago, powered it up and went through very little steps to turn this TV into a great all-around experience. The picture is good; the sound is OK but "tinny." To counteract this as much as possible, I found that keeping the sound mode at "standard" and the surround mode "off," you can buffer some of that out and still get good quality sound. Also, there is plenty of ability to make this TV as loud as you want. The DC player works great and picture is also good. You can easily toggle between the four apps on the remote and return to regular TV with one click. I'm very impressed and happy with this purchase. ... show more

I needed a 22" bedroom TV on a pedestal and this TV fits perfectly. Picture quality is great. Loving that it is a smart TV. Only drawback is the sound quality. Very "tinny". Even brought in my IT son to try to adjust the sound but we couldn't get away from the "tinny" sound. But that's okay. I can live with it. ... show more

We purchased two Sylvox TV’s for our Motorhome from Amazon – a 24” and 32”. During our first camping trip, the 24” TV was found to be defective as it would not play any DVD’s (when a DVD was inserted, a loud humming noise was heard…the screen said “Reading” and then the DVD would just eject. Several different DVD’s were tried in the unit and all were ejected. The same DVD’s worked fine in the larger 32” TV). I sent an e-mail to Sylvox on Sunday, 5/26/24, to advise of the issue and received a response, on Monday, 5/27/24, a Holiday! It was requested I take a short video of the issue and email it back for review, which I did. I then received another email advising a replacement was on its way - I received it on 6/3/24. Thank you Leeke Lee in After Sales Service for the quick response and ease of getting my replacement. It’s been quite some time since I can remember such great customer service! ... show more

I bought it for 12v usage. This has VERY old tecnology and takes forever to "boot up" and way to slow once it is up and running. I thought maybe it was a firmware update needed - nope - says I have the latest. The big kicker, I procured it thinking 12v would pull less wattage, I've been using a Sharp 22 in ROKU TV wattage output 18. When I get the Sylvox up and running 24 wattage output. Tried to use chat to talk to someone - robot says 24 hour wait. Called obviously not a service center in USA I would ask for my money back but did not unpack til a month or so ago after purchasing in January ... show more

The all in one tv is perfect for the bunk room in our camper. Our family still uses DVDs and this combo is perfect! Also, the remote battery cover was not staying in place so I contacted the seller and a replacement was sent promptly. I would highly recommend this item and this seller!

I bought this TV for my rv. I installed this in the rv and the DVD player would not read the DVD. So I called the company for technical support. They decided I needed a new TV, even though I bought threw Amazon They sent me a new TV. I got the new TV then I sent the other one back. Usually most companies would have to receive the TV first before sending another one out. The new one work's great.
