Nice soft white color. Not to yellow/orange or to offensive white. Just right for bedroom and area where task lighting can be used if needed. I spend a lot of time trying to find the right bulbs, kind of OCD about this. IMO these are just right if you don’t want super white or yellow lighting. It’s right at 3000K - 3500K as advertised. Beware, these bulbs are rated for 15000 hours if used for 3 hours a day. You won't get that lifetime if you run them continuously. I had two running continuously for about a year (about 9000 hours) and they ended up degrading to about 10% the brightness of a bulb that I turned off every night. Mostly what's in the title. Arrived on time and unbroken. All the bulbs worked and look great. Plenty bright (the fixture is dimmable and that works, too.) Too early to rate on longevity.

Decent bulb but fragile. First shipment had a shattered bulb and others were chipped. Replacement order had another shattered bulb. Not sure if I will order again. They don’t sell this bulb at the local hardware store unfortunately but I think Sylvania makes the best bulbs. Sylvania does make another similar bulb that is more shatter resistant so probably will just order those instead next time. ... show more

These lights are really bright but some did arrive broken. Why didn't I just return them, you ask? Because some of the bulbs were out in my bathroom and I was going slowly insane an needed to change them. I decided for the small cost of 3 broken bulbs, it would not be worth the hassle of returning all of them and waiting longer for new ones. I just hope that they last and stay really bright for a long time. The ones that I had previously didn't stay "daylight" bright for very many months and they are in the bathroom so don't get used for many hours in an average day, maybe one hour a day as I live alone. I should have expected broken light bulbs when I got them online with shipping, etc. ... show more
