It arrived a few days later so I immediately set it up in my bedroom so I could monitor its charging progress and eagerly awaited pressing the on switch. When the charging blinker became solid I leapt out of my bed (even though it was 3am) to turn it on and revel in the illuminating moment of truth, that this impressive light tool I had treated myself to, would bless me with! This lamp is everything stated -- and then some! Additionally, it is ADORABLE! So, function and beauty 🤣I could not be more pleased! I haven't used this light much but, it was the only one of my backup/ secondary lights that had a full charge (all bars lit up) after 6+ months of sitting on a shelf. Because of this light being much heavier than my favorite light, it doesn't get much use. I have a few lights including this one that's main purpose is power outages. We're heading into storm season, so I pulled all my rechargeable lights down off the shelf today to get them charged up & ready for the storms... Two of my lights had absolutely zero power not even enough to say it didn't have power. One other light similar to this one had 75% power but this one won the longest shelf-life race (6)+ months without a charge & still has all power bars... That made me happy. I'm not sure how it performs other than that... It's heavy but does put out good light & has best shelf life of all my backup lights. Good on SYLSTAR for that 5 stars for shelf life. 4 stars over all because I don't use it much & not sure how it performs over all under various conditions. ... show more

Runs all night on low setting with battery to spare! After losing a few of our chickens to fox, we've added light and sound to our backyard chicken run in the evening. A rechargeable blue tooth speaker plays pod casts and we had been using solar LED lighting. We've tried several solar LED lights and they are dim and don't last the full night, plus we had to move them every day to try and get to enough sun to recharge. This light solves the problem. Even on low it provides a great amount of light! AND we simply bring it in every morning along with the speaker for a recharge. On full power, this single unit lights up the whole yard. Really like this light. I set it up on a stool and used to replace a lot of switches in my house. Set it on the ground to replace receptables. When I was done replacing around 10 - 12 switches and outlets, still was on a full charge. Used the low light one morning to so I could see to jump start a car in the dark. Really like it. I am always using an LED light for several reasons. I live in FL and so I also use it as a backup light in case we lose power. This is very bright on high. It has three brightness settings so on low you could use it all night.
