I bought this ice maker with the hope that it would make ice quickly and in a large capacity it has lived up to its promise.! The machine is elegantly wrapped in stainless steel and has almost no sound when making ice, and this is a big difference from past sonic makers I have purchased. Received the Ice Maker and set it up on our Kitchen Counter. It made Ice for about 5 days with no issues and seemed to be functioning properly. We went into Kitchen on the 6th Day and there was water all over the counter and floor in front of Ice Maker. We checked the Drain Tube and it was fine and not leaking there. The Leak appears to be coming internally and leaking out of the frame/shell of the machine. We requested a Replacement or Refund after sending a message on Amazon and contacting Tech Support by Email. So far nothing has been done and it looks like we might have to take legal action

Machine produces a slight compressor hum when making Ice but isnt very load, ice is perfect size for those who like ice to chew on. Easy to use, Fast production of ice also, cup full ready in about 10 mins.

We received the product in a timely manner. But once we cleaned the machine as directed by the owner's manual it did not produce ice. Contacted support and with a quick response from them we had the problem resolved. I would re-purchase this item again from this company.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our small tea and coffee business we run from our home because we wanted that good ice in our drinks! A soda, iced coffee, tea, etc just tastes better with ice nuggets. Noise level isn’t bad, it looks great on our counter, ice is made at a decent pace, and tastes delicious ! Definitely recommend for daily use with family and friends! Oh the indicator lights are also very helpful to know if it’s full or out of water.

This was the second icemaker I had with this brand. The first one leaked within a month of owning it. The customer service was exceptional and replaced it for free. I've had this (reviewed) one for about six months. It suddenly started squealing extremely loud and the only way it'll stop is if you unplug it. The good thing about it is the ice, the bad... it's a crap product that should last longer than several months. So... I will be throwing this away and buying another one with more reputable stars. It's a shame, I really wanted to keep this for longer.

The SYCEES pellet ice maker is so convenient. It is as easy on the eyes as it is on the ears. The best feature is that it is easy to operate. The self cleaning is fantastic. The ice pellet ice is useful in so many ways.
