Okay first and foremost, this is a really attractive chair overall. The material is a nice chenille, the chair feels well built, and the swivel hardware moves very smoothly. I really feel like it is a good value for the price that it's currently listed at Amazon. I have two minor issues with the chair. The first, and this isn't the manufacturers or Amazon's fault, but UPS delivered the share to the wrong address in my condo complex, so my husband didn't realize it was sitting there before he left for the day, and then it rained, and the box got all wet and the chair got wet and it seems like it's going to be okay but that was annoying. The second issue is the cushion doesn't quite fit the chair. Like it fits, but there's this little edge on each side where I wish either the arms were longer or the cushion was more custom cut to fit into the chair. But if you look at the picture there's like a little spot on each side of the cushion where there is like the under part of the chair, but the cushion doesn't cover it. And when I saw the pictures online it didn't bother me, but now that I'm looking at it in my living room it's kind of bothering me a little bit. Other than that, I'm really very happy with the chair, and I do think it's a really nice value for the price. The gray is a nice neutral dark gray.. it's not too cold but it's not like a weird warm green Gray or orange gray it's a nice gray almost maybe with like a bluish undertone. There are lots of blue tones in my living room and it goes with everything very well. ... show more

Ordering furniture online can be very hit or miss, as there's no way of knowing the quality of the fabric, the thickness of the padding, if it's going to look nice or cheap, or if it's put together well. I'm so glad I took a chance on this chair. I specifically ordered the charcoal gray color, and I absolutely love it! The fabric feels soft, but also has a pretty good heft to it, so I expect this to last for a long time. The cushion on the chair is nice and think, although a little firm at first I've only had this for about a month, and it's not something I sit in every day, but it seems like the cushion is still holding firm. It was easy to assemble. This chair arrived packaged well and all that needed done was to attached the spinner to the bottom with 4 bolts (these were included as well as the tool). The base is heavy! I was shocked when I picked it up. Once attached, the chair was super stable, and spun smoothly. I have zero regrets about ordering this chair, and definitely would buy another one if I had a good spot for it. ... show more
