I read all the reviews on this toilet but assumed that they were just adjustments that needed to be made. The saga started the day I put it in. The toilet is very easy to clog, Even with the water level turned to it's absolute maximum you need to hold the handle down until all water is out of the toilet if you need to do #2. Also, the flopping of the toilet seat is very annoying, the reason is there is no rubber on the bottom of the toilet seat they provide. I cinched it as tight as I could but it still would not stay put. also, the design inside the tank is really bad, the handle for the flapper sits under the float causing it to hit every time, There is no room in the bowl to turn it in a different direction so eventually it will simply cause it to fail. They forgot to provide the bolts to attach the toilet, upon arrival they do not provide anything to hold the bolts in place to allow you to easily place the toilet on top of the bolts without them falling down (Home Depot Provides a holder in every wax seal box). I had to make one out of pieces of Cardboard and tie a string to each end of the bolt to make sure they got in properly. The toilet is extremely heavy and touch to get in a tight space. Once in all was well for about 3 days. I began to see water leaking out of the side of the toilet, It had a crack in it that appears to originate from a spot that looks like it was patched. I ripped it out and sent it back, huge hassle when you have already thrown out the box!! My wife loved the look of the toilet so we ordered another one but a different model. Beautiful toilet! I am not knocking Swiss Maddison, but this model is really bad. Don't waste your money on it. ... show more

We actually like the toilet and it looks great in our new bathroom remodel. Just not happy with the lid, so far we have not been able to get it installed straight. I think if we can ever get that figured out, then we will be completely satisfied. We love the smooth sides and that you can't see the plumbing. It's easy to clean because everything is smooth and no nooks or crannies for dirt & dust to get settled into. It's also very streamlined and doesn't take up much space, good for a room with a tight fit. ... show more

The toilet came put together and only had to be installed. The handle on the side is unappealing, looks broken, although it is not. The flushing arm is in the wrong in and won't allow for a complete flush without hold the handle down until all is flushed. I have called and written to the company without success. ... show more
