Beautiful looking toilet BUT it does not flush and clogs up at least twice a week - even 1 ply toilet paper clogs it up. Super difficult to install (had to get a professional) and now Amazon says it will refund me but i am scared to remove it and get a new one as i will now have to pay another installer - very costly mistake... Would not recommend this toilet at all - bad workmanship ... show more

This toilet isn’t the most comfortable and the seats are hard to locate replacements for, but it seems extremely sturdy and is reliable as far as function from my experience with the 2 I purchased. The toilet is very modern looking and makes my newly remodeled bathrooms feel high end. First off, the hole/drain for my toilet is in an unusual place to begin with. This toilet accommodates that odd placement and is flush against the wall. The only complaint that I have is that the included toilet seat cover's lid is thin so sitting with the seat closed causes the lid to cave-in. I thought this would be easy enough to buy another that can support sitting on the lid. Not so much. I wish this toilet had a compatible seat/lid options listed with it so the pain of searching for one that is an upgrade less painful of a process. All that said, works great, the seat/lid included is decent, and it's given me 10 inches of reclaimed floor space in my bathroom. Definitely worth the purchase since it saved me $800 buy not having a plumber move the drain/hole! ... show more

Toilet looks like Toto so it’s beautiful but the seat is not comfortable at all snd very hard to find a new seat with that exact size so if your looking for beautiful go for it but know it’s not comfortable to sit on.

We got this for our powder bathroom and got to say it really helps bring a certain level of coolness to the room. It definitely as hard to install as they say. I would recommend getting one of those nicer, perfect seal rubber toilet rings because it can adjust, has two blue tabs that are easier to line up where you’ll place it and tighten the bolts to. Our base plate was raised so we didn’t need the blue extender part for that. I would also recommend having 3 people help install. Yup, 3 people. Two people to gently lower it. And 1 person checking each side to make sure the toilet is lining up where the bolts are and helping finely directing the placement of the toilet over those bolts. If you miss the placement with a standard wax ring, you’ll have to try again. It also is a tad longer in back so I’d also recommend a flexible hose that connects to the toilet instead of rigid pipe to allow you to get it connected. We were able to tighten the bolts with a 11mm wrench (or 10mm, around there ish). The seat itself isn’t really comfortable, but this is a fun powder room and not a main one, so it doesn’t get used super often. ... show more

Easy to install. Sleek sculptural modern design . I agree w other reviewers that it would be better if the front edge of top cover was glazed as the raw edge is slightly visible. Square seat is comfortable enough. Water level in bowl is lower than most toilets but hasn’t been a problem. If you make smears all the time this might not be the toilet for you. ... show more
