We got this for our powder bathroom and got to say it really helps bring a certain level of coolness to the room. It definitely as hard to install as they say. I would recommend getting one of those nicer, perfect seal rubber toilet rings because it can adjust, has two blue tabs that are easier to line up where you’ll place it and tighten the bolts to. Our base plate was raised so we didn’t need the blue extender part for that. I would also recommend having 3 people help install. Yup, 3 people. Two people to gently lower it. And 1 person checking each side to make sure the toilet is lining up where the bolts are and helping finely directing the placement of the toilet over those bolts. If you miss the placement with a standard wax ring, you’ll have to try again. It also is a tad longer in back so I’d also recommend a flexible hose that connects to the toilet instead of rigid pipe to allow you to get it connected. We were able to tighten the bolts with a 11mm wrench (or 10mm, around there ish). The seat itself isn’t really comfortable, but this is a fun powder room and not a main one, so it doesn’t get used super often. ... show more

This toilet looks very good in the pictures but pay attention to the dimensions. It's a bit small and hence uncomfortable. It also tends to clog very easily. It's a replacement for a previous toilet, so it's using the same drain as the previous one (which did not have the issue). The flush in the water tank also gets stuck once in a while and the water keeps running until you open the tank and get it unstucked. ... show more

The first toilet leaked through a crack in the porcelain in which took countless hours of raising and resetting this heavy toilet and plenty of wax seals etc in our new bathroom. Finally seen the beads of water coming through the cast . Called company they were very quick to respond and even sent us a new one . Inspected the product and we saw maybe epoxy repairs to this one didn’t look right , oh I’ve been a master plumber for 30 yrs and in my own business just as long . We installed this one that was delivered minutes after we inspected I said something doesn’t look right with this cast either we’ll again pours out of im guessing this time their bogus factory blem repairs . Honestly product is crap and customer service is good . I will not ask for another I expect financial return. I got a response they will send me another if I send another picture and to go through Amazon because I purchased through them….. ... show more

Toilet bowl itself feels really solid and the one piece design is nice. Was a tough job lifting it on to the screws but it is possible to do alone. Tip from Home Depot guy which works: Bolt the screws to the waste outlet first so they don't wiggle around. The cheap plastic covers for the screw access holes were a huge disappointment. They don't stay on properly and take some bending and forming to get them to stay, but the don't stay nice and flush, so they are a slight eyesore. Might try to get some replacements. The toilet seat is also cheaper than you would expect. Nice soft close, but pretty flimsy plastic. The square seat is not too comfortable on the bottom either, but should limit time wasted on the loo. I'm happy with the purchase for the powder room, as it's low usage, but would not be happy if this was a main bathroom toilet. ... show more
