The cover looks nice and feels soft, and the mattress provides great support while still being comfortable. It’s firm enough to support my body without feeling too hard. I honestly didn't expect to get such a high-quality, thick mattress for such an affordable price! My original plan was just to buy something within the budget for our guest room. When it arrived, it expanded really quickly, literally within just a day, but it initially felt quite soft, and I didn't think it was going to be firm at all. However, by the second and third day when I went to put the sheets on, I realized it had gotten significantly firmer than when it first unfolded. The comfort level is amazing, and it provides incredibly good support, far exceeding my expectations. It is incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The cooling feature is also fantastic, making it a perfect choice for summer use. I really like the top fabric’s silky texture. I originally only intended to keep this in the guest room, but it is so good that I'm now seriously considering buying a second one for my own bedroom. Will recommend it to my family!

I got this mattress about 10 days ago and delayed changing it because I’ve had my other mattress for so long and worried I would wake up with my back hurting or stiff from the change BUT I had to yesterday and last night was the absolute best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time!! The first pic was minutes after I had opened it and put it on my bed- it started getting normal shape quick. The second pic is this morning- less than 24 hours after opening it (I opened it late yesterday afternoon. It has been cool to the touch every time I’ve touched it- I slept cool all night and it still felt cool when I woke up this morning. I slept so good last night I didn’t move at all- I don’t move much in my sleep usually anyway but I do usually wake up with my back hurting from not moving much- I was shocked that when I did wake up this morning, I had zero discomfort, and I actually slept an hour later than I usually do. My 120 pound English labrador sleeps in the bed with me and he will wake me up moving around, but I never felt him move last night. I really think he slept better too. The mattress is soft but firm and does relieve the pressure points- it is the perfect mix of firm yet soft and the cooling is just a bonus. If you’re like me going back-and-forth, not sure this is a great mattress- trust me it is amazing! I can’t wait to see how much it improves over the next day or two like the instructions said it would be fully inflated within 72 hours. I am so happy with my purchase!

Made entirely of memory foam, it feels cool to the touch—perfect for summer—and doesn't trap heat at all, offering excellent comfort. It has a medium firmness level, with impressive support in the center. The five-zone design is a standout feature, proving particularly helpful for those suffering from back or lower back pain. I’ve been using the Sweetnight CoolNest 12” King Mattress for a bit now, and overall I’m impressed. The thickness is just right, the medium firmness feels accurate, and it gives excellent support without sagging. I wake up without pressure points, which is a big win. The cooling performance is genuinely good — it stays comfortable through the night. For the price, the value is honestly hard to beat, and delivery was smooth and on time. A couple of drawbacks: the top surface is not quilted, so it feels very flat compared to mattresses with a cushioned top layer. Also, the cover isn’t cotton, so it has a slightly synthetic/artificial feel. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Overall, a great value mattress with solid support and cooling, just not the plushest surface finish.

I’ve been sleeping on the Sweetnight CoolNest 14” King mattress for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been great. Unpacking it was super easy, it came compressed, and once I cut the plastic, it puffed up way faster than I expected. The cooling part is real too. It doesn’t trap heat like a lot of memory foam beds, so I’m not waking up sweaty anymore. It has a nice medium feel, really comfy, and it does a good job with pressure points. I also barely feel movement when someone else gets in or out of bed, which is a huge plus. If I had to nitpick, the edge support could be a little stronger, but overall it’s been a solid, comfortable mattress and definitely worth it if you sleep hot.
