I own Bambu and have had Creality printers (P1S, K1C, A1 with ams lite). Dialed in my Elegoo filament and this AD5X just prints great. Very easy setup with auto calibration and bed leveling working like it should right out of the box. Since it's not enclosed it is a little noisy but not an issue for me since they are in a special printing room in the shop. I tried printing directly out of my Creality Pi 4 dryer but it gave me several no feed problems. I did not take a star off for this because when I printed from their spool holders it feeds great.

I have the bamboo P1S but purchasing the AMS pro 2 to get multicolor seems a little bit foolish when I could buy this entire printer and it does multicolor for around the same price. Yes the bed is a little bit smaller than the P1s, But when I make a large print I don't want to go multicolor anyway. And adding an enclosure was super easy. Just download the files from the official website and I added extensions to make it a little bit taller along with the kit I ordered. The result is great and knowing that it's going to keep out most of the dust and fight off the cold this winter, I'm happy.

Fast, smooth and problem free 3D printing. Took 30 minutes out of the box to get going. Fasten/unfasten a few screws. Mount and feed your filament. Add to WiFi and download Orca. Send model and print. So easy. So glad it does auto leveling because I am so done using a credit card to manual adjust. Just be sure to put a little waste basket in the back to catch all the little windings when printing with more than one color.

Edit, 2 weeks in: Printer keeps jamming at the 4in1 connector, even though the machine cuts and then retracts. Following the video from Flashforge just causes it to break. Even their support agent in the video has a hard time pulling these without deforming the tube. _____ First off, nice that it comes 95% assembled. If you have problems with putting it together, either its broke, or you should return it and take up building with play-doh. The only reason it took 20 minutes to setup was because of the horrible screen interface, the left hand of the screen is unresponsive, so I have to slide my finger around to get anything to happen. I ran the initial calibrations, and sent my own test print using default profiles from Orca. Torture test if you will. Was running great until one of the rewinders allowed filament to get behind the bracket. Unlike any other multi-color unit, it just printed air for that color for several layers. I think some longer ptfe tubes with a bracket to keep them towards the center of the spool would help. But I'm not about to design a fix for an out of the box issue. There is also no way to use this with my polymaker dry boxes like the other machines, so if you live anywhere where there is humidity, good luck. The switcher on this looks like a rip-off of the Prusa MMU, but without the things that make the MMU work right, like filament position detection. Looks like Joseph Prusa was right about Creality-et all ripping off their design. First layer quality was all over out of the box, some objects had a decent 1st layer, others had gaps, like there was a huge warp in the bed (which it looks relatively flat under a straightedge) . Speaking of the bed, its thin plastic, so Z moves are LOUD. Might benefit from a strip or 2 of dynamat. That might be the bed slamming into the limits, who knows with these. I'm waiting on reply from Flashforge to see what can be done about the 2 issues, before we box it up and punt it back to Amazon like we would with any other bad Chinese tools we find on here. This was just ordered to fill a gap in our equipment while the Mk3S is being upgraded, and I refuse to spend my time correcting bad machine design. Amazon refuses to refund the printer cost despite having it for 2 weeks.

Machine is beginner friendly, except for the build plate that comes with it! Nothing seems to stick to it no matter how clean it is or even using glue (which they claim isn't necessary)! I would highly recommend getting the BIQU CryoGrip plate to use with printing. It's hands-down the best addition for printing PLA and PETG.

Super easy setup, really surprised at the quality for the price for a multi color machine I am very familiar with other brands and I am glad to see flash forge offering something less expensive that still gets people into multi color printing. It also takes up less space and is pretty solid. Easy to use like most modern printers these days Adding more photos to display print quality pretty pleased with the outcome

Easy to setup 10mins or less. Preassembled, only thing you need to install is the Filament Holder/Bracket on the rear of the printer and take out the Shipping Bracket (4 Screws) for the Screen and slide it in the frame on the top/right of the Printer. Great Auto leveling & Filament change. Touch Screen Easy to use. Software preinstalled and features auto-update if connected to Wifi. No running back and fourth to your PC with USB-Stick or SD Card to put Prints into Printer, features to sent to Printer from FlashPrint or Orca-Flashprint, it does have USB port to do so. Best Value for you money with no regrets. Print Quality is Great. I ONLY RECOMMENT ORCA FlashPrint software. I had nothing but problems with FlashPrint Software. Con- FlashPrint Software is buggy / STL files Most of the time are invisible until you Slice & Preview. - FlashPrint Software on most of my prints have problems with Tree Supports - FlashPrint Software G-code isn't that great, sometimes crash into Supports and kick Print off the table. - FlashPrint Software doesn't properly auto align multiple STL Files Properly
