Super hard, weird brick like shape that didnt really contour or support.My friend and I needed new pillows, last one we got was flat in 1 night, said it was firm tho. I found these on sale and decided to give them a shot. WORTH every penny. No neck stiffness after sleep, and doesnt lose its fluffiness/support. Contours around my neck and head when I lay on it. I didn't feel like these pillows had good enough support. They seem comfortable at first, but as the night went on they just weren't supportive enough. They didn't help my neck pain. If anything, they made it worse. They were a waste of money.

These pillows were purchased as a Christmas gift for our 15 yo grandson. I decided to go with these and he loves them. Nice cooling, good support and when they get warm, flip the pillow for the cool side. Easy peasy.

Had my doubts after unpacking and thought I would have to send them back. Let rest for 2 days and fluffed in dryer for 15 minutes. They still felt soft but decided to give them a try. Surprisingly they provided very good support even though they felt soft to the touch. Have been using for a couple of weeks now and still provide good support. **Edit: After 2 nights and adding a pillow encasement and pillow case the pillow did firm up but now it seems to squish down and get hard so I wake up frequently during the night to fluff. On the plus side, the cooling cover does work very well and is noticable to the touch even through the pillow cases. More concerning however, is that when opening a second pillow the plastic was covered in a greasy substance that smells like petroleum. We had to put that pillow and packaging in a garbage bag and are waiting to hear back from the mfgr on steps for return. We had high hopes for these pillows but ultimately the concern for health will warrant their return. Received today but unfortunately they do not have enough filling and our heads sink to the bottom of the pillow. Contacted the mfgr hoping they can send additional filling otherwise we will have to return. ... show more
